As a DoorDash driver, I’ve had multiple bad experiences at this McDonald’s. The staff are often rude and dismissive toward delivery drivers. Today, my order was already marked as ready, and when I politely asked for the bag, I was told, “We’re busy!” in a very disrespectful tone.
It takes less than 30 seconds to hand over a food bag. We’re not asking for favors we’re just trying to do our job.
To make matters worse, Hazel, who is the manager, is almost always rude with every delivery driver. There’s no courtesy, no basic professionalism.
This kind of behavior creates an extremely frustrating and toxic environment for people trying to work. I hope upper management steps in and addresses this, because it’s unacceptable.

I haven't gone into a McDonald's in a long time. Do they all look like this? For a moment, I thought I walked into a jail! What happened to the fun, colourful, happy vibe McDonald's had? I've seen funeral homes look more lively than this!

Worst drive through in Canada, order a combo and upsize the fries to large and all of sudden the workers are confused by it and hand you a large fry and a sandwich without a drink for the same price as the combo. So you ask them to fix it and they say sorry you didn't pay for a drink and make you pay another $3 for a small coke so you do it cause you realize they are utterly useless. Somehow I can order the combo at the self serve machine just fine and I don't even work for McDonalds, no one is paying me to do it.

I ordered a coffee and it was bitter. The staff standing in the window was rude when. We said the coffee is not bitter. Doesn't know how to serve customer. Very bad customer service .

It's pretty hard to screw up an Egg McMuffin, right? Coffee not like it is a bit further south.
Went through drive thru about 5:30 this morning. Thought the guy understood me but you can barely hear them in the speaker. Charged for something I didn't ask for. Brought it to the guys attention but said it was my fault and that I confirmed which is not true. Found him to be condescending and arrogant. No effort to rectify the situation. Just an "I don't care" attitude. Last order I place there if that's the crappy attitude I get. Thank you for encouraging to go to Tim Hortons from now on

Say in drive though for over 15 minutes. Eventually drove to the window to make an order. Lake of the English language resulted in an order not completed. Terrible service over the last two years.

They took away the drink fountain and lost a customer forever. The drinks are $4 this is inexcusable. Also the new renovations are tacky af.
