A Hangry Saturday Morning Review
When you look forward to your Saturday morning McDelivery for breakfast and open the bag to see the main part of your meal, in my case, the Mighty McGriddle is missing! Everything else but the sandwich.! On the McDelivery app I’m charged the 11% service fee and they use Door Dash as their delivery partner. In my case, if there’s something missing or incorrect the will only refund what was missing. In my case, $4.52 because it was part of a meal. No additional compensation. So this means, if I were to order just the sandwich again and have it delivered, so I can enjoy my Saturday morning meal, I would pay the regular sandwich price of $8.09 plus NWT taxes plus the 11% service fee again. This means I the paying customer will pay more than I originally did and get charged more just to write their wrong. I wonder which worker ate my sandwich and made the owner that much richer. I also wonder if it was the door dash driver who wasn’t happy with my $3.00 tip (which I also asked to be refunded) and maybe ate my sandwich in spite. Either way, what matters is principle, not price. What also matters is good customer service and making sure orders are correct. With this particular store, not every order has been right but after this morning, it’s too many errors no matter how small, to continue ignoring. Side note: I left a voicemail message with the store because I deserve my sandwich or a voucher for the mistake. Also, the 2 stars represents the 2 hash browns in my order they got correct.

Placed a mobile order at 10:23 pm today. Got a cheeseburger instead of a McCrispy, chicken nuggets instead of fries, and no straw for my iced coffee. Staff at the counter were chatting with each other and not checking orders. Really disappointing—please double-check mobile orders

As a DoorDash driver, I’ve had multiple bad experiences at this McDonald’s. The staff are often rude and dismissive toward delivery drivers. Today, my order was already marked as ready, and when I politely asked for the bag, I was told, “We’re busy!” in a very disrespectful tone.
It takes less than 30 seconds to hand over a food bag. We’re not asking for favors we’re just trying to do our job.
To make matters worse, Hazel, who is the manager, is almost always rude with every delivery driver. There’s no courtesy, no basic professionalism.
This kind of behavior creates an extremely frustrating and toxic environment for people trying to work. I hope upper management steps in and addresses this, because it’s unacceptable.
...anyone else notice that the new international menu is made up of the Axis of Evil from WW2? Hilarious

I haven't gone into a McDonald's in a long time. Do they all look like this? For a moment, I thought I walked into a jail! What happened to the fun, colourful, happy vibe McDonald's had? I've seen funeral homes look more lively than this!
