There was only one person working there, first he told me to sit down because he had to clean the counter. When I returned twenty minutes later he flat out refused to take my order, saying he had too many orders on the go. We watched him do it to several other people as well.

Quiznos is good when the service is good, the place is clean and you feel welcomed but This place is going down hill. The store is always dirty when we come here, and they take forever to help you. My family used to like coming to Quiznos but there needs to be some serious changes.

Went for lunch with my family, and the line to order seemed a little awkward to order, but we got our orders. The cleanliness of the place wasn't the greatest. Our table was very dirty, you could tell it hasn't been cleaned in a long time. The restaurant itself didn't seem to clean either. I've been here before, and I enjoyed it then, I figured it would be a nice stop for lunch, but it wasn't the greatest. The food was good. Salad lettuce tasted a bit old. I doubt I'll return.

Ordered and prepaid for pick up at noon they said it would be ready for 12:15 so I show up to pick up food at 12:20 only to find out the incompetent workers behind the counter hadn’t even started preparing the order. What should have been a quick 3 minute pick up has now been dragged out to nearly half an hour while waiting for the people in line to get their food made and now finally mine.

Should be open at 10am, but the worker inside doesn’t unlock doors…it’s 11am now. Not the first time she hasn’t open the restaurant on time. She refuses to answer the phone when people call from outside, and knock on the window/door.I’d be furious if I was the owner, knowing that countless people are spending their money elsewhere and this was their worker.

Coming from Vancouver Island where they closed down 90% of the Quiznos and all of them in my town. I was thrilled there is one here in YK. Also it is just like I remember . We go here occasionally for a nice lunch. The food is great, the staff are friendly. The dining area is a but rough and dated but as long as there's a clean table to eat at I can't really complain.

Service was slow. Even empty store. Missed putting sauce on sandwich. Store is empty, nothing works. Store was not very clean. Only a couple lights on inside. Otherwise dark inside. Won't be back.
