My kids and I have a new favorite restaurant in Yellowknife: Bluebell Eatery. Not only are their curries outstanding—especially if you venture beyond butter chicken—but the atmosphere of the dining room and the quality of service are also exceptional. Every time I’ve been there for dinner, it has been busy, yet the food still comes out fresh and hot.

You can taste the layers of flavours built in each dish. Their use of spices is so beautiful and makes me realize how much we were lacking in Yellowknife.
They are also the nicest people. We will be regular customers. Absolute gem!
