lying about hours do not come after 8. better to not come at all as staff are generally unclean and unwilling to give an ounce of human effort if not in their personal interest to be kind.
Not inexpensive.
Fast food is not much cheaper or not cheaper than a sit-down restaurant.
No Swiss cheese and no southwest sauce. Won't be a future customer no more. Plus no more u cut like original subway years ago. They say to make it simpler but they destroyed what once was amazing and why people wanted to have subway. No thanks subway. Next time Quizznos
Horrible hours, they close sometime at 9:45PM where it says 10Pm, and today they are not even open and it is 9:30PM.
Like either update your hours or stay open.
Ordered 30 sandwiches at 2 PM and went to collect them at 5 PM. However, only four sandwiches were ready. I asked them how much longer it would take, and they said 5:30 or 5:40 PM. They then told me, “You should’ve called earlier.”
I was shocked and asked, “What did you just say?” I told them, “You should have said no if you couldn’t complete the order on time.” I waited for 30 minutes, watching them take more orders from other customers and make their sandwiches instead of completing mine. After another 10 minutes, they forgot one sandwich and one bowl from my order. I had to remind them to make it. They only made one sandwich and told me, “You just ordered four bowls.”
I told them to check the receipt, which clearly showed my full order. When I pointed this out, an Asian girl named Jenya handed me the receipt and said, “You can check it yourself,” before turning around to take another customer’s order.
I was frustrated and said to her, “You should’ve apologized in the first place.”
She replied, “For what?”
I said, “For the delay”
She responded, “I got your order at the last minute, so it’s not our fault. I don’t need to apologize.” They had three hours to complete my orders.
The delay was frustrating, especially since they kept taking more orders from other customers, which only made my wait longer. On top of that, Jenya refused to take responsibility or acknowledge the issue.
This entire experience was infuriating. The delay, their refusal to take responsibility, and their decision to keep taking more orders only made things worse. Jenya’s dismissive attitude and lack of accountability were the final straw.
Please wake up and do better.
Went in at 8pm on a Friday to get a sub. I was greeted by a young Asian guy with glasses who had is mouth jammed full of food to the point he couldn’t talk. But this didn’t stop him from trying, he was making sounds trying to talk but food was falling out of his mouth. The grossest part was standing at the sandwich counter making orders. When we finally swallowed enough of the food he managed to say “we’re closed, it’s online orders only” but that was fine as I had lost my desire to eat there after seeing that anyway.
It's also good to try footlong-sized cookies that are not sold in Korea.

They don't change their gloves after touching money and the till and then go and touch the vegetables! Absolutely disgusting and no health standards.

Ordered through the App and order was ready at the said time. Had requested that the sandwiches should be marked with the item number since it was customized. The numbering as all messed up and we literally had to open each one to figure out, it was a large 10 sandwich
