Today I ordered two footlong subs from this location, and I was disappointed to find that they were served cold. When I called to discuss this issue, the employee struggled to understand me, and my request to speak to a supervisor was dismissed.
When I finally reached someone else, he was not only unhelpful but also lacked basic courtesy, failing to offer any resolution or even apology for my experience and telling me I could order again next time for a better experience. I was explaining my issue, but he simply hung up on me to talk to a colleague. This is frustrating—why would I consider ordering again if my current experience was so poor? I hope you can address these service issues, as this is not the standard I expect from Subway.This level of service is unacceptable, and I’m hoping it will help in improving customer satisfaction in the future.
Customers deserve respectful and helpful interactions. I hope you will take this feedback seriously.

For the second time at this same location, our coupons were not honored. Moreover, they made one of our sandwiches wrong and then charged us the price of the higher sandwich when I wanted the cheaper one.

I visited the store at around 7:30 pm and the girl her name is DK , i asked her at what time you open the restaurant and she replied me rudely go and check in the front door . This is the way you guys are treating the customer.
Not the best....All the veggies looked like they were made up a few days ago and left in the fridge. Wilted, soft, and mushy.Bread was not much better.It was edible but not really good.

Wish I could give this place 0 stars, after giving up on subway because of the consistent bad food I gave it one more chance. After toasting my sub I waited 10 minutes for the server to walk away then come back and make doordash orders. Got a mountain of welted clearly old lettuce and added mozzarella, was told it would be a bit extra, turns out “a bit” is 7$ for 3 slices of tasteless frozen mozzarella. My toasted sub was freezing cold and tasteless other then the 3lbs of salt and pepper that was on it. Terrible restaurant for a terrible chain.

This place has gone downhill and staff don’t care. 6” tuna sub for $9 and they gave less than a full one scoop of tuna. Let her know it’s supposed to be 2 full scoops and she gave attitude and added the rest of the 1/4 of the first scoop even though another staff told her it’s 2 (she ignored it).
Continued to do a sloppy job of veggies, sauce and wrapping and pretended she didn’t know better when I called her out on it.
Nowhere to put a complaint forward to management so you get an online review instead. Do better.
pretty bad service
Worst sandwich ever. Given a 6' veggie with finger picked lettuce from the old tray (redish strains, discolored lettuce) and a full load of jalapeños. The customer just before me gets a big bowl of fresh lettuce from a fresh tray. I don't know why the difference ? Was my sandwich cheaper, lol Or they decide on whos who ? I would have asked for more however, gave up and decided wont come back. Wonder if anyone does any surprise checks on their quality.
