I hope they aren't treated badly, they are fast and keep mobile orders safe so nothing is stolen. Good work Tim Hortons mall team 😊 thank you. (I usually only get coffee but one time I got a wrap and it was pretty good)

Very delicious hot chocolate. I think there are a couple of tables and chairs missing in the gallery.
Quick coffee and breakfast grab-and-go. No dine-in area and perhaps located in a little sketchy mall but coffee is hot and food is ok. Parking on street or the mall parkade for a speedy pick up. No bathroom is associated so you may need to find and use the one in the mall.

I am super disappointed that in the capital of NWT Canada, there are no maple anything at either of the Tim Hortons...what?!? All I wanted was a canadian maple in Canada... is that too much to ask??

I love me some coffee but gosh darn if I wasn’t shivering in my Timbers(get it like Tim’s) it’s just so gosh darn cold outside it drives me crazy anyways hope everyone who reads this have y’all a jolly day

I love this Tim Hortons, but I will like to have a place to sit and enjoy my coffee or food. Good spot and easy to access
Extremely bad customer service. They’ve gotten my order wrong two times and by the second time I went up to tell them, they were clearly annoyed to be helping me. One employee even rolled her eyes at me/sighs. I eventually got my food but I believe customer service is most important, thus I will not be going back. I’m very dissatisfied.
