After waiting for 15 min for a mobile order and listening to screaming and slurs finally got the order that was already made and under the counter. The Timbits where stale and rock solid as well the Jelly had turned black from sitting in the glass case for who knows how long just disgusted by this tims. But at least the staff was smiling.

Purchase a medium coffee this morning just 3/4 cup. I wonder why we have to paid a full price? Service and staff is not consistence, no smile or greeting this morning.

Last week I ordered two bacon and egg english muffins and it cost me just over $10. Today, I ordered one bacon and egg english muffin and it cost me $8.69.

Not sure what is going on at this location but it will be the last time I ever buy from them. There is no rhyme or reasoning to their pricing. Unreal. And the manager argues with you justifying charging almost $10 for one small English muffin which he said was special. It wasn't. It was one little english muffin, and egg and one tiny piece of bacon. He tried to tell me it was a bagel and when I said I did not order a bagel he changed his tune. Unreal.

Unfortunately, 3 of our 5 items we ordered they got wrong, but since there was no sit down options to eat at, we didn't know until we walked back to our place about 15 minutes away. Two were not the wraps we ordered and the third was a different donut than what we ordered which I suppose we could have seen that before we left and corrected them, but the wraps are not possible to tell until you bite into them. Not much we could do about it at that point.
