First the good: beautiful dining room with a great view, was seated right away and served promptly. Wine selections included Canadian choices and the portions were generous. Prices were high as expected. Now the struggle: food was mediocre at best (salad was overdressed and served in bowl difficult to eat from, squash risotto had me hunting for tiny bits of squash and was not well seasoned. The breakfast was decent. Dinner was a different story, everything was slow, the hostess explained to me they were “busy” but the place was only at about 80% capacity. I got the artic char which looked and tasted an awful lot like salmon… I’m no fish expert but just sayin’.
