Not much vegetarian options. Only noodles with some leafs and spring rolls. I expected some tofu dish but not there.

The food is expensive, but the quality does not match the price.

This noodle house is a hidden gem among all the little spots along Franklin. The wonton soup with egg noodles was delicious and the servings were generous. To top it off, the server was a courteous, interesting young man who brought our freshly made soups out to us quickly and recommended delicious spring rolls to start! The only thing I might add is a bit of background music playing quietly.

I have tried seafood pho here. I would say it was good, but you can’t expect too much.

We also tried one of the combos with fried shrimp, chicken and fried rice. It was also nice.
Thanks

Good spot for soup in Yellowknife 🍜

I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant. It seems like they take advantage of tourists. From the moment we entered and placed our order, no one mentioned that there would be a 15% service fee. It was only when we went to pay the bill that they informed us it was the store’s policy. The waiter claimed that every restaurant in Yellowknife does this, but that’s simply not true. Our total came to $31.50, and with the service fee, it was $36.50. I paid $40 in cash and decided not to argue further—I didn’t want to let this ruin my good mood while visiting Yellowknife. Unfortunately, this was our last meal here. Apart from the comfort of a hot soup on a cold day, the food was bad. We were the first customers at this restaurant today, and aside from taking our order, no additional service was provided. I strongly question the justification for this unreasonable service fee. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this place.

Came with little meat and then even then most of it was fat. They also somehow managed to burn the inside of the springs rolls 😭

What’s the service fees stand for? Do I really have to pay for it?? If I could choose how many tips I wanna pay that would be much much BETTER rather than FORCING me.

The rare beef noodle soup is very tasty, best choice for Asians.

The food was ok, lacking flavors in my mind. We had the Sate beed noodle soup, that's my go-to dish but it came with no sprouts, no basil, no lime, the flavor was ok but a bit flat. The place itself is kinda dirty and old.

Food was fresh and arrived quickly. The broth for the pho was excellent, proper slow-simmered bone broth, and generous portion of noodles, meat was sliced nice and thin. Does not come with beansprouts or mint which I’m assuming might be because those would be more expensive / less available up here, but still tasty. If you’re used to ordering Vietnamese carrot salad elsewhere and are hoping for this to be a veggie side, the salad might be a little disappointing- it had very few carrots and was mostly iceberg lettuce, but they did include a huge amount of shrimp to make up for it.
