The place looks nice, but I was really disappointed by the service. I stopped in to buy a latte and was met with an unfriendly attitude from the cashier. I had planned to sit down and order some food, but the experience made me decide to leave instead. It seemed like the staff were in the middle of a conversation and viewed customers as an interruption. If that’s the case, maybe it’s better to take a break or close temporarily rather than treat people poorly. If someone isn’t up for working, it might be best to take the day off.

Stopped in for a caribou burger recommended by the Visitor Centre staff and wasn't disappointed, it was delicious! Also had the London Fog and Chai Latte which were also good. The staff was extremely friendly.

We came to this cafe at least four times during our three day trip to Iqaluit. Great coffee and food. The only downside is that the kitchen isn’t always open, it seems to close and reopen sporadically.
