It’s a nice family owned mexican restaurant. The prices are great and so is the service :) we were happy to have discovered it! And I was so happy to have some delicious vegetarian food
Vegetarian options: They will make anything vegetarian for you. They even replaced my chicken with refried beans and gave the chicken that would have been in there to my meat loving boyfriend 😂

Lost in the countryside but it's worth the 30 or 40 minutes to go there rather than having lunch in Death Valley (which we did because we were staying at The Inn and the food is abominable).
Great welcome, very attentive people. Good and generous food. Very reasonable price.

Randomly stopped here on our way from Zion to Death Valley. It was a good choice! Food was mostly good for a good price.

I am a local and its the best restaurant in the valley both for terms of prices and quality of ingredients.
Their menu offers good variety and despite such a varied menu, none of them disappoint especially compared to competition in the valley.
Burgar is especially good and the same can be said for the torta and burritos.

Excellent chicken fagitas and tortas.
Pizza not so great (taste and crust). Enchilladas not tasty at all (sour and overcooked)

This is your sign that you need to go there, so don't look any further. It may look like this place is closed, but it is not. This is definitely the best price/quality restaurant where we have been on our 3 week roadtrip. If we would stay more days in Death Valley, we would eat here every day.
Friendly people, huge and delicious portions and a really good price for US standards. Other Mexican restaurants charged is double for even less food.
Go eat there! The chicken quesadillas are worth it.

Go here! It’s absolutely great, the people are friendly. The food is fantastic. From the outside it looks like the restaurant is closed, but go check it out. We had a great dinner here, portions are large, it is cheap and the food is very tasty! We had chicken quesadillas, really worth it.

May not look like much, don't let it fool you! Had some of the best tacos I have ever had here! Three Al Pastor Tacos, with rice and beans. Delicious! Service was awesome and quick! Excellent place to stop and eat when arriving or leaving Ash Meadow!
