Very great experience. The owners, Casey and Chassity are the best. If you're a USMC vet let them know and you'll get a free beer, lol. Locals made us feel welcome. We will be going back at least once a year if not more. Loved this place high recommended if you're in the area.
If want an authentic, old Western saloon, the Lucky Spur is the place to go! Set in the historic small town of Kingston, the Lucky Spur is a great place to get a drink. The view over the bar of the valley is stupendous! The ambiance is historic and they even have an outdoor patio to enjoy. I do not believe that food is served though. After a day enjoying the mountains, this makes for a welcome break.
The Lucky Spur is truly a hidden gem especially when it comes to out in the middle of nowhere saloons, here in Nevada and we always make it a point to stop in for a drink, any time we out in the area. Great atmosphere, super friendly service, reasonably priced drinks and generous pours is all what you can expect to get here and with incredible views to boot. I would highly recommend you make a detour to see and experience this lovely place for yourself.
