Stopped at this little Cafe on our way through, the service was amazing, the atmosphere was quaint, and the food was well worth the stop. Me and my family tried several different things off the menu, and I can attest that the bacon, sausage, french toast, and biscuits and gravy are to die for. Don't miss out if you get to go through this town, stop and take in the experience, good people, and food.
Cozy place with old Western memorabilia and b/w photos. Very friendly service. We had breakfast there - husband had the pancake combo, daughter had the waffles, and I had the bacon and egg combo. All was good and not greasy, e.g. hash browns were crispy but not oily and the bacon was crisp not limp. Bonus: opened at 6am so we could have a warm breakfast and still make it to the hot springs for sunrise.
The food was fine, but it was getting close to closing time and the girl wasn't real happy about waiting on people that were still coming in. It seems to me 4:00 is a little early to close when the weather is still nice. They have dinner items, but I don't know who gets to order dinner.
