McDonald's closed at 10, I'm I right? So then please tell me why when I went at 9:15, the doors where locked, and the drive though shut down, and yet we still saw employees on the inside. Interesting, just sounds like the employees are extremely lazy and don't want to deal with customers for 5 minutes. Also, I went another time, the cashier told me to wait in spot number 2, so I did. After 45 minutes I never got my food, nor did I see anyone come out. After my patients was lost, I did go in, ask nicely where my food was, and had and extremely rude lady asking the other employees to get an rude and angry customer my food. So, I recommend please just don't go to McDonald's, it's bad for you anyway. It's not worth the extra hassle.

I’ve lived in this city for about 4 months now and I’ve gotten food from this McDonald’s location a lot. My complete order has only been right maybe once or twice. There’s always something missing or something wrong. The 3-4 times I’ve gotten the chicken sandwhich, all the times it was over cooked and dry. And at least half the times I have gotten food, they didn’t have any sodas. Idk if it’s a manager issue with not ordering the correct amount of food necessary to run it consistently, or if it’s just zero quality control/not paying attention.I’ve attached a photo of my sad looking chicken sandwich that was supposed to be a deluxe and it wasn’t. And the MEASLY small pathetic dot of sauce they put on this over cooked chicken. And the one lone pickle .. if you’re gonna charge a whole extra dollar for some lettuce and a slice of tomato, at least make sure to put it in there.

Soda machines are always out. Been here twice within 3 months of each other. Each time I get told they only have three flavors of soda. Fix your machine McDonalds!

Since there is only one fast food, in battle mountain. You get stuck with this place. I tried to give this place a few tries. Literally every time I come get food it’s something. From me waiting to get food for 20 minutes then getting the completely wrong order and having the employee look through 20+ receipts to prove they didn’t get the order “wrong” every time I go there it’s a joke how do you screw up fries.
Got 2 bacon McDoubles, they really looked bad even though it had just turned to lunch.I had arrived at 10:27 so I figure just wait instead of having them rush up a breakfast.I realize this is just McDonald's but the patties were like they were left over from last night because they were Hella dry. I think there was just 1 pickle on each burger?. Heh. It also took a good while to get the food it seemed.Don't expect a while lot here I guess.

I would give this ac zero star rating if that option were available. They were supposed to close at 10 , I was there at 9 couldn't get any service after waiting for 25 minutes I left. I won't go back there again.

Eating in the dining room reminded me being in a hospital room with all the equipment beeping and buzzing, I'm sure there's a fix. The trash cans where full and the outside looked like a black bird sanctuary at feeding time. The phone number # given isn't active and management didn't return my phone call.
