Haven’t been to J and J’s in several years but the service has definitely gone downhill. There were two young men working the counter and one was very pleasant however the other was incredibly rude and was arguing with customers. While waiting almost 20 minutes for ice cream two young kids who weren’t on shift came in through the back and made themselves milkshakes- the young man who was actually trying to take accountability for actions of others definitely needs a pay raise

It’s not an assumption it’s a fact. I was standing in line near the restrooms and the worker with blonde hair came around sticking his hand in the trash cans pushing the trash down. Afterwards he walked straight behind the counter to the food window and grabbed someone’s food and delivered it to their table. Then he proceeded to the ice cream machine making additional items and handling cash at the register as well. I understand stand I no your ground but it’s a FACT train your employees or have sufficient management on site to address the issue.
First time here, one of the workers would touch the trash and take out the trash then come back in and serve food without washing my their hands. The food was ok, was just turned off then seeing the guy serving our food just touched all the trash. Young workers were also rude several times. Need better staff and training so people don’t get sick

Burger was old school grease bomb. Got the order wrong. I didn't say anything as the cook was already grumbling and using profanity. Felt bad for being in there. Shake was fantastic. I wouldn't go here again.

Food is good. Service is terrible. But we waited 40 minutes for our food. I understand it isn’t fast food, but maybe warn customers it’s going to take at least 30 minutes. It would be nice if the combos came with a drink too.

Nice place to take a break on 4 hr drive to las vegas. Loved the hot food, especially the fries and onion rings. Clean bathroom
