great & efficient customer service. the food is tasty, hot and quick. the restaurant and the restrooms were very clean. I ordered onion ? rings, which were good but it seemed like a very small portion. I believe the price was $3.95 and i only received like 5 smaller rings. all in all J & J's in Caliente, NV is an excellent choice for family dining w its relaxed atmosphere and friendly staff.Wheelchair accessibility: if ur in a wheelchair or on a scooter, the access doors ? to enter r a bit awkward and i needed assistance to enter.
Came in after a hike earlier that morning. They were busy as it was about 11:30a on a Thursday, lunch rush! The ladies behind the counter were very friendly and helpful. All the people in the restaurant seemed to know each other and had a real small town vibe. It was great. I ate my burger and curly fries and was on my way. It was tasty, and came out fairly expeditiously even though there was a good amount of people in the restaurant. Great experience, and would stop by again if I'm in the area!

We drove through in a semi, stopped for a 30 minute DOT break, picked up some tacos and a taco salad. All I can say is OUTSTANDING!!Best little taco salad I’ve had in a long time and hubby loved his tacos! Thank you J & J’s.

I was in Caliente, NV for a few hours for early morning work. While on my way out, I stopped by J & J for a bite to eat and I'm glad I did.There are so many enticing options on the menu. I opted for the limited time French Dip with a side of Zucchini Fries and a Strawberry Banana shake.The French Dip with Au Jus was fantastic. Lots of great beef flavor in the moist, tender roast beef on a warm, soft roll that just soaked up that wonderfully rich Au Jus.Zucchini Fries were fried to perfection. Hot and crunchy shell and an incredible tasting zucchini on the inside. Paired with J & J's fry sauce, I couldn't put them down fast enough!I had read reviews saying the shakes were the best so I had to try one and I was NOT disappointed! Can't go wrong with real pieces of strawberries and bananas! Chopped just well enough to have definition yet not get stuck in the straw.Definitely stopping by for my eats whenever I'm in Caliente!

We made a quick decision to stop since we were hungry as we passed through town . Yummy, thick, rich shake! (And I'm really picky!) Delicious chicken strip basket and amazing fries! Don't let the somewhat plain look of the place stop you. We'll be back!
