Barrow is like a community hub of Salado. Located on a creek and dog friendly, it's a great place to bring your family and pooch to cool off in the creek. There's always something going on that they're hosting: Live music, Yoga, fun runs, crafting activities, and (my personal favorite since I'm a vendor), the Salado Farmers Market every Saturday in summer. And I haven't even talked about their product: a large selection of unique craft beer too!
Stayed in Caliente for a few days and this was a must stop every single morning. The coffee is tasty and the people are kind. I love the dog stick library, pins, earrings, books. It's just such a lovely coffee truck! 😍

Best part was the great convo we had about books! This is a must stop! Oh! And if you have a dog, they have a “Stick Library!” My fur baby would have loved it if he was with us.
