I ordered from June 21, and it was a complete disaster. The pizza arrived an hour late, and when it finally got here, it was cold and soggy. I asked the delivery driver why it took so long and she answered so rudely. They didn't offer a refund or even an apology, just made excuses about being busy. Honestly, if you can't handle deliveries, don't offer them. I ended up throwing half the pizza away. Waste of money and a huge disappointment.

I went to Pizza Factory last night, and honestly, it was a letdown. The pizza was okay, nothing special, but the customer service was pretty bad. The person at the counter seemed annoyed to be there, didn't make eye contact, and got my order wrong. When I pointed it out, they acted like it was my fault. Didn't even get an apology. Just a really uncomfortable experience. I probably won't go back.

My pie was delivered and it was pepperoni. It was crisp, and delicious!!! I drive a truck and eat a lot of pizza. This was hands down top 3. Loved it!

I had placed an online order via the pizza factory app. Well I guess an employee tried calling, the first 3 times it came across as private number then I got a 775 number. I don't answer numbers I don't know, but they didn't leave a message saying we are unable to make your order, would have saved me an hour drive if they had left me a message saying who they were and why they were trying to call.

Sitting here at Pizza Factory on 10/4/2024 as I’m watching my food get made, I’m watching this lady that’s making other peoples food pick food off of their food she has prepared for them and eat it! Then she goes to put it in the oven and picks more food off of it and eats it as well! That’s extremely unsanitary and unprofessional! 🤮
The manager was fantastic with her staff. It was great to see the mother -Dayna, daughter -Bella team at work together too. The Gluten free Cauliflower crust pizza is definitely worth it. Thanks for the great service.
Seriously Jayden is the absolute best ever! She is the reason we will continue our service with Carlin Pizza Factory. I am not here to go into detail on our unpleasant experience, no hard feelings at all. However Jayden saved the day. And she made the most PERFECT pizza we have ever gotten from here. I’ve been buying pizza and calzones from this place for years. Price has always been high. In the beginning the food was plentiful, and good so price didn’t matter. But now price has went crazy and product isn’t even close to what you used to get. Small and less ingredients. I used to buy a calzone and cut it in half eat 1 half and take the other for lunch, and be full both times. Now I have to buy 2 large calzones and don’t even satisfy! Very disappointed and sad because I liked the place.
