I ordered from June 21, and it was a complete disaster. The pizza arrived an hour late, and when it finally got here, it was cold and soggy. I asked the delivery driver why it took so long and she answered so rudely. They didn't offer a refund or even an apology, just made excuses about being busy. Honestly, if you can't handle deliveries, don't offer them. I ended up throwing half the pizza away. Waste of money and a huge disappointment.

I went to Pizza Factory last night, and honestly, it was a letdown. The pizza was okay, nothing special, but the customer service was pretty bad. The person at the counter seemed annoyed to be there, didn't make eye contact, and got my order wrong. When I pointed it out, they acted like it was my fault. Didn't even get an apology. Just a really uncomfortable experience. I probably won't go back.

My pie was delivered and it was pepperoni. It was crisp, and delicious!!! I drive a truck and eat a lot of pizza. This was hands down top 3. Loved it!

Oh my gosh best pizza ever. The ladies there are wonderful. They have personalities . They laugh they tease I love it nice people every you should go.
After ordering they called me and said they weren’t delivering. They said they cancel the order. They still charged my card 42$ . This entire town is terrible and sketchy.

Was a little disappointed on Thursday October 31st. I had placed an online order via the pizza factory app. Well I guess an employee tried calling, the first 3 times it came across as private number then I got a 775 number. I don't answer numbers I don't know, but they didn't leave a message saying we are unable to make your order, would have saved me an hour drive if they had left me a message saying who they were and why they were trying to call.

Sitting here at Pizza Factory on 10/4/2024 as I’m watching my food get made, I’m watching this lady that’s making other peoples food pick food off of their food she has prepared for them and eat it! Then she goes to put it in the oven and picks more food off of it and eats it as well! That’s extremely unsanitary and unprofessional! 🤮
