Was a little disappointed on Thursday October 31st. I had placed an online order via the pizza factory app. Well I guess an employee tried calling, the first 3 times it came across as private number then I got a 775 number. I don't answer numbers I don't know, but they didn't leave a message saying we are unable to make your order, would have saved me an hour drive if they had left me a message saying who they were and why they were trying to call.
The manager was fantastic with her staff. It was great to see the mother -Dayna, daughter -Bella team at work together too. The Gluten free Cauliflower crust pizza is definitely worth it. Thanks for the great service.

Seriously Jayden is the absolute best ever! She is the reason we will continue our service with Carlin Pizza Factory. I am not here to go into detail on our unpleasant experience, no hard feelings at all. However Jayden saved the day. And she made the most PERFECT pizza we have ever gotten from here.
