We stopped 8 people on our route from San Francisco to Idaho and in addition to eating something different from what we were used to during our trip, we loved the great variety, we didn't know what to order because everything looked sooo good! And finally when the dishes came we were amazed, everything was delicious, lots of quantity and very well cooked, the best Mexican I have ever eaten! Furthermore, the girl who helped us was very nice, very kind, she knew how to recommend...
Compared to other Rolbertos in the area, their portions and presentation of the food is just better, to the point I'll go out of my way from Elko to get a Carlin Rolbertos Chicken Bacon Ranch burrito instead from Elko... Customer service is always so warm and welcoming...
Small place on a budget.Basically, what you would expect out of a tiny location like this. Plastic cutlery and Styrofoam boxes and drink cups.The salsa bar in the corner was a nice touch!I wouldn't mind returning here as everything is under 20 bucks, and it's a nice distance to walk from the truckstop.I am going to work through the menu in reverse. So, I ordered #24 from the combination plate menu board, so only 23 more visits to go.LOL!
