Wonderful “old school” experience - sat in Frank's booth, next to Marylin's. The food was first class - only issue is filled up before could eat more... Will be back
Crystal Bay Steak & Lobster is our favorite restaurant in North Lake Tahoe and one of our favorite spots in the country. Intimate, warm, great food, impeccable service. We will be back again and again.
Tucked in Crystal Bay Casino, we had amazing experience and meal at this hidden gem in the North Lake Tahoe area. The cocktails were delicious, the Riibeye cooked to perfection ... and don't sleep on those Brussels sprout.
Outstanding food and service. Waiter Matt was fantastic and made us the best tableside Cesar to start off the evening. We all look forward to our next visit to Crystal Bay Steakhouse.
Always a wonderful experience. The staff is outstanding and the food is superb. Fantastic chef with great service.
Jack was great, Matts Ceaser was the Beas and your general manager found time to stop bye, A great dinner!
Elegant room, some large semi-circular booths for two...Brianna exceptional service...lamb chop appetizer ++
Love the food and service. Still has a hint of smoke smell in the restaurant unfortunately.
We sat in the bar and ordered apps before a show. Brianna took wonderful care of us! We had the Lobster Mac n Cheese, Lamp Lollipops, and Coconut Shrimp and split it between two of us. The food was spectacular and the service was top notch. I'll definitely be back!

Great meal. Steak was cooked exactly how we like it. Timing of food was right on. Good selection of add ons and we would come back again.

Restaurantji Recommends
Service was exceptional! Steaks were horrible!! Grizzle and fat ! Not even choice grade beef. So so disappointed.
We throughly enjoyed our dining experience here! This is a hidden gem with a great ambience, great service & fabulous food! We highly recommend it!
Best upscale dining spot in Incline Village. Granted it is part of the Crystal Palace but this restaurant holds its own. Food was delicious and service was equally as good.. Highly recommend you try it. Great value for the price too. We were talking after dinner and trying to compare it to something and the only restaurant we could remember with such good food was the old Lone Eagle at the Hyatt. And their meals were terrible, and the service was horrendous.
Every time we eat here, we always enjoy it. It's a gem of a restaurant. Wonderful food and service.
BEST STEAK I’VE EVER HAD ‼️ Also, the friendliest, most joyful people work here. Jack and Bri will serve you not only food, but impressive ideas of what to try on their menu, options that will blow your mind, and laughter! Lots of joy and laughter. I first tried this place a couple of months ago, more by accident than planned, and I left shocked. Ribeye is my favorite food and favorite meat- I was blown away by the way they cooked it. I was so impressed, I asked the chef’s name, Josh. Josh can make a steak like no other experience you will have. I went back to this place yesterday for my birthday and per usual, it was exceptional. This night, they offered a special type of ribeye that is not normally offered- a Washama Reserve, American Wagu ribeye grade A9 (the scale goes to A10). Meaning, this meat was an opportunity to be stunned! Josh, per usual, cooked it so well and it was again, the best steak I’ve ever had. The Wagu is exceptionally tender and the marble was beautiful. The Cesar salad is also my favorite salad in all of reno/sparks/tahoe, so I ordered my normal Cesar. Jack, the best waiter I’ve ever met, suggested we try the brussel sprouts appetizer, so we did, and there are really no words to describe how great that dish is. They cooked the Brussels with a semi-spicy, hot honey glaze and they will blow your mind (not spicy to me, just enough for a slight kick). EXCEPTIONAL. They tasted like dessert, but weren’t even sweet!! While you are waiting for food, they serve you with some sourdough bread and whipped butter, alongside a vinegar/cilantro oil for dipping the bread and that is also a stunner. The atmosphere is nice, a bit nicer than casual dining, very quiet, and dim lighting (not super bright and annoying). We had dessert last time and it is also great, but we turned it down last night because we were soo full. Jack surprised me with a candle dessert, anyways. They are this thoughtful. Bri is the best waitress and she was able to make me a homemade lemonade, which tasted fresh and much better than any “normal” lemonade. Please go visit Bri, Jack and Josh! This is a food experience that will change your life and give you reasons to take a day trip to Lake Tahoe!
