Service was exceptional! Steaks were horrible!! Grizzle and fat ! Not even choice grade beef. So so disappointed.
We throughly enjoyed our dining experience here! This is a hidden gem with a great ambience, great service & fabulous food! We highly recommend it!
Best upscale dining spot in Incline Village. Granted it is part of the Crystal Palace but this restaurant holds its own. Food was delicious and service was equally as good.. Highly recommend you try it. Great value for the price too. We were talking after dinner and trying to compare it to something and the only restaurant we could remember with such good food was the old Lone Eagle at the Hyatt. And their meals were terrible, and the service was horrendous.
Every time we eat here, we always enjoy it. It's a gem of a restaurant. Wonderful food and service.
The service is always excellent. The servers are knowledgeable, observant and friendly. The Caprese salad and oysters were delicious. The loaded baked potatoes come with all sides on them so be sure to ask for them on the side if that is your preference. Both of our baked potatoes were burnt. However, the majority of the potato was delicious and large in size. The side order of grilled asparagus was not worth $9. There were five stocks that were the thickness of a pencil & 5” long. The 10 ounce top sirloin steak was cooked to perfection, however, realistically was roughly 7 ounces. for dessert we had the mud pie and it was terrible. The only flavor was in the drizzle of hot fudge because the mud pie itself had freezer burn throughout.
So enjoyed our dinner last night. The Chef was so accommodating about my mothers food allergy!!! He visited our table twice to check in' Kudos to the bartender for the fantastic Milky Way Martini.
Dined at this restaurant twice in one week, great experience both times. Everything was great, but it would be nice if the Happy Hour service was not limited to just the bar.
Great menu, ambience, and service. We enjoyed the old school look of the restaurant. The sea bass was amazing. We will be back!
We were hoping for a bit more of an upgrade on the food from some years ago but unfortunately the pattern of more or less OK but not great continued. The side dishes were boring, broccoli undercooked. The $90 lobster tail was tasteless and slightly undercooked. We were there for Prime Rib special night and they were all gone one hour after opening (?). The restaurant is too cheap to buy enough meat to be sure to serve all customers. On the plus side the cocktails were delicious, service was decent (friendly if a bit slow) and the overall look and feel of the restaurant is very nice (and quiet). Too bad the food isn't better.
Excellent meal. Great waiter and everything was very tasty. Awesome menu. We will be back!

You expect a steak and lobster restaurant to be pricey. However, the dated decor and atmosphere didn't quite lend itself to the advertised fine dining even though the intent was to harken the days of Frank Sinatra. I think the whole casino needs a facelift. The lobster price was exorbitant, and the desserts were subpar. You could also smell smoke which is embedded in the old fabrics. Our waiter Jack was lovely and attentive, but entree service was a bit slow perhaps because of scaled down kitchen staff. We will not be back.
Wonderful experience with great staff and attention to detail making our time so relaxing and enjoyable. Loved the old school booth seating. We will be back!
It's actually real five star food not an imposter! I was entirely blown away at how delicious, how well put together, every detail of flavor came to life in your mouth and left your mouth screaming for more with every bite! The best crab cake ever!

Chef Travis is a man of his passion. I can't believe this whole time I was over paying at the eagle, this Steak was FENOMINAL!!! So flavorful and the sides are not to be overlooked. And if the man suggests he working on a recipe, try it. I WILL be taking friends, family or acquaintances to here as a regular. I'll deal with the smell of the CBC just to have this man's QUALITY food. Heck, I'll lick the pans!

From John, our server, to the Chef who came by and talked to us the service was great! Now, the food was the best I have had in a long time! Ribeyes' cooked perfectly, squash and potatoes fantastic! My buddy had the Butternut squash soup which was the best soup I have had since a new England clam chowder a few years back in New Hampshire.
