Restaurant has been updated and under new ownership. The inside is fresh with good seating. Menu is small, but has the essentials. Al Pastor torta was very good as was the Carne asada burrito. Only knocked a star off due to charging 4.50 for a bag of chips to go with our to go order. If they are free at the table...they should be included in the to go order.

Visited the restaurant side. Food was not fresh or hot. Prices are out of date on menu board. Large chunk of very old, stale rice mixed in with other rice. Cold beans inedible. Chips stale. Very disappointing, this used to be one of our favorite places.

Took my daughter to lunch @ Las Reinas today....Unfortunately, very poor experience ....the price was much higher than the menu board, young lady explained they haven't updated the prices yet....lol...but they charge you the higher prices without your knowledge....then they served my daughter a bottle of soda that was expried, then unfortunately the food carnitas plate was over fried unedible like burnt jerky...was just not a good experience for $35. for an adult and a child for lunch....it was empty.We loved the previous owners, had high hopes for new owners, visiting numerous times, giving many chances as we know there is a learning curve....unfortunately not good....even the bench seat I sat on fell off and was broken. Everyone was very nice though, I just dont think I will be back. I cant recommend.

This place is good when they are open and answer their phones, they never answer the phones. They seem to be closed most of the time now no matter what business hour is listed. Why don't you answer your phone some time, Mayra...

The service was excellent! They were about to close because they had not been busy, but instead they let us order. The food when we got it home was excellent! Thank you very much ? please do not listen to the bad reviews, and to those people that had a bad experience, I suggest you go back and give them another chance. We have never been disappointed with this establishment.

One of the best chorizo burritos I've had in along time. The salsa was amazing also! It was super clean inside and the folks working were really nice. Definitely will be supporting this small family business

Great authentic mexican food can be found here! It's sometimes hard to tell when they're open though. The low staffing has them working both shops so it's tough to tell when the actual taco shop is open since you can order the same food from the Carneceria if the main restaurant isn't open. They're closed on Tuesdays completely so don't expect to celebrate Taco Tuesday there. You can find an excellent variety of meats to choose from and they have some really nice people working there.

If I could give this place ZERO. Stars I would, we just moved to the Dayton area 2 months ago and we’re looking for some pupusas, needless to say, they were fried not cooked properly and flavorless. We called and were told to come in to speak to the manager to look at the food and when we got there we were told the manger had just left and that they could not give me new pupusas or a replacement meal! We even told them we had touched the food and already put the ingredients on it. Will not be purchasing from this location again.
