This place is closed for now will be reopening as : Dayton Tap house they will feature burgers, flat bread pizzas and cold beers on tap
I love the atmosphere here. It is a wonderful old building. We sat next to a very nice fire place. It was hard to spot from the road as I had only seen pics of the front. The hand made food was awesome. We went on a weekday, but it looks like it would be fun on the weekends.
For a family of 4 and a price of $62.00 total the food was horrible. Waitress and customer service is a 4 star, but the fries we over cooked and chalky, the tri tip or (steak) as I call it was over done to the point it tasted like beef jerky & they asked $18 for a plate I could have made at home. The burgers were of a quality I could have done at home & same thing with the mashed potatoes and gravy and the corn dog. The only positive I can give were the chips and salsa and the dessert were on point. I was not impressed and will not be back to this establishment. Lesson of the night was you wont know till you try it.
Food is incredible! This place is the real deal when it comes to authentic.
The staff is friendly and the food was great! They had awesome pancakes, chocolate milkshake and wings. The homemade salsa and peppered home made tortilla chips were amazing.
Business mixer. Appetizers by host were very good, service was good, ambiance good. Nice evening in a historic building
Great food, excellent service. Definitely worth going out of your way for.
Really good food and nice people
Great lunch and everything is homemade by scratch.
Totally disappointed, went to Dayton for lunch and thought this looked funky and fun, 1:30 in the afternoon and they had no more burgers in the kitchen. Left...........

Amazing food, service and atmosphere! Highly recommend!
Always friendly and clean. Food is FANTASTIC !! We love the atmosphere and try to stop in every now and then . Been recommending it to as many people as I can . so bring your family on down and have some excellent food for a change.
Please shut this place down for highway robbery.. lunch cost us $77 and consisted of the following: 3 kids meals, 1 lunch special (BLT), 1 lunch special (Chile Verde), and 12 chicken wings. Kids meals were fine, fries were weird. BLT was nothing special... just a normal BLT. The Chile verde had me on the verge of regurgitating. It smelled like fish and the beans and rice were NOT fresh nor were they tasty to any degree. I couldn't get over the fishy smell so I ended up taking one bite and moving the plate out of my sight/smell reach. Wings were cool.. big pieces and good flavor. Their prices suggest their food is top notch and it's HARDLY that. I wanted to give 3 stars for the friendly man who greeted us, but unfortunately the woman who later took our tender was absolutely annoyed and bitter that we didn't enjoy the food. Pay close attention to your bill. They tried to overcharge for the BLT, and tried to make me pay for a plate of Chile verde that I took one tiny bite out of. As much as I wanted to voice how ridiculously high their prices are for the quality of food received, I kept quiet... This is the first and last time they will ever get a dime from this family. If you want to stay local, go to 1st & 10!
Stopped in here for lunch and was pleasantly surprised. The atmosphere is cozy with the fireplace and old time feel. The home made chips and salsa are delicious. I had the teriyaki chicken sandwich and it was very tasty. The terriaky sauce is amazing. The staff is friendly and welcoming. This is my new "go to" place in Dayton.
Eek, where to start... One star for very friendly servers. One star for really cool atmosphere. That's where my list of positives end. $41.00 for a meal for two that wasn't worth $12.00. The food was "fresh, never frozen" but cold, undercooked, over cooked, and tasteless.... I feel bad to write this review, they were so nice. The French fries were cold, soft, brown, and tasted bad. The burger was "black angus beef" but flavorless and undercooked. The flags outside say "BBQ", and there's a lot of Hawaiian BBQ but that's it really. They forgot to even put the pineapple on my teriyaki chicken burger. Both the angus and teriyaki burger had soggy buns, and the Mac salad side tasted totally weird, like fermented... the more I ate, the more I realized it probably was not meant to taste that way, I'll find out tomorrow if it sits with me or not. My Vodka Soda was good. Eek. There it is.
