Ordered a sausage egg and cheese McGriddle got home and it was just 2 buns, went back the guy was mad that we came back after their mess up and instead of making them as ordered just through sausage patties in no egg or cheese. Horrible service and clearly not paying attention to what people are ordering or they just clearly don’t care about customer service

Came in and ordered some food on the way back from the Capitol Building in Carson City. I ended up waiting over 15 minutes for my order made on their app minutes prior. Seven other customers were also waiting for their orders as well. Seven angry customers...the manager ignored them. A young employee ended up fulfilling my order so I could leave. I don't know the eventual outcome of the drama in the restaurant, but I can't recommend this place. 👎

Service took forever, cooks and employees aren't watering hairnets, and also found several long strands of hair in our food will not eat here again lack of food safety standards

We dined in at the McDonald’s in Dayton, Nevada, during an extremely busy time. The restaurant was clearly understaffed and overwhelmed with customers, yet one employee truly stood out: Krissy.
Despite constant pressure, long lines, angry customers, and multiple issues popping up (including a couple of mistakes with our order), Krissy remained calm, professional, and kind throughout the entire visit. She handled every situation with impressive grace, never raised her voice, never made excuses, and went out of her way to fix our order quickly and cheerfully.
In a fast-food environment where it’s easy to feel forgotten, Krissy made us feel valued. She is the definition of outstanding customer service under pressure. McDonald’s is lucky to have her — she’s the kind of employee who turns a stressful experience into a positive one. Thank you, Krissy, for your hard work and amazing attitude!

Well... For the second time, somehow they couldn't find my mobile order. I don't know what's going on. They refuse to do anything to help even when I pull up the app and show them my order, and show them that I was charged, even though the app says to contact the restaurant that the order was placed at. The people that work here just didn't care. I'm still trying to get a refund for the first time this happened. Learned my lesson I guess. I won't be ordering from this McDonald's any longer. I'll also be contacting cooperate.

How are yall gonna charge me for a quarter pounder with bacon and cheese and then not put bacon on it? Not to mention I said NO ONIONS, not once but TWICE. Normally I’d just let this kind of thing go, but this is the 3rd time I’ve come to this location and every single time something has gone wrong. & The fact that I live 30 minutes away also adds an extra layer of PISSED….this location needs to get it together. Period. Waste of time and money. I’ll probably never return.

Beyond me how there is so many negative reviews and things do not change. How is corporate letting a store run in such a poor matter. Ordered a Big Mac and got home and it was a double quarter pounder. Ordered 20 nuggets and only got 10. Guy at the window doesn’t even say thank you or talk at all he just stairs like he don’t wanna be there. Avoid this store AT ALL COST! 2.6 star review should be a huge eye opener.

The employees at this location in Dayton are the rudest most disrespectful employees I've ever met. Every single experience we've had at this location is VERY negative. They can't get food right, they're EXTREMELY slow making the food, they charge you for sauce and dont even give you the correct ones and they don't trust that you've paid for your order thru the app. This includes the management! The owner needs to wise up and hire more respectful staff who treat the customers with respect. You'll have more revenue when you have kinder staff. GET IT TOGETHER OR CLOSE THE DAMN BUSINESS!

I ordered two double quarter pounders with cheese, under staffed long wait two double cheese burgers instead. Went back a few months later I was eating, the manager comes out and asks me to face the opposite direction at the table I made someone nervous, never again. I'll eat better and live longer.

I like waiting behind a mobile order that took 10 mins to get the right code just for the lady to add more food. I counted 6 cars pull up, order, and proceed in line next to me. All the while I was boxed in the slow lane of incompetency. Just to get told can you pull forward to wait for fresh hash browns? You guys don't cook the hash browns properly in comparison to any other McDonald's anyways there soggy and feel like the absorb most the grease there cooking in.. Glad I waited 20 mins to the point of irritation and wont even be able to eat the oil laden hash browns.

Service as pretty poor, The lady didn’t give me my drink when she called out my order. When I asked the guy, he found it and put it in front of me but neither of them said sorry. They didn’t care that she messed up on that. They didn’t have the Hello Kitty X Ninja Turtles happy meal toys either. I’ll never be back.
