I got a chocolate shake and a iced tea. It took me 35 minutes to get my order taken and get my drinks. I believe they are short staffed. So if your job hunting this is definitely an open option. Lines go really slow.

Kiosks ordering ok no problem. Food came 30 minutes late. We're the only customer inside. When it arrived, girl did not give a crap. I said it was 30 minutes late. She said uhuh and walked away.

WORST customer service maybe because in a small town middle of nowhere but god the order was completely wrong . Sauces were missing and I had to go inside to remind them they forgot 2 mc chickens and that still took long . I think they hire employees off the street because brains couldn’t process anything and we had to remind them about our missing items twice when the order was clearly on a receipt and on their screen . Smh . I don’t know who trains them but never had a bad experience like that across the states . ???????? weak and seems like they are all high school students with no real manager on site. Never going there again as I recently moved here. Owner did reply but I suggest people don’t stop there . Not good unless your traveling and won’t stop there again

This McDonald’s takes forever to get your food to you. I always get soda that has no flavor is basically just carbonated. The food is alright but always seems to be something when I go there. Waited 30 minutes for cookies and come to find out they gave them to another customer that came in after me.

Are you kidding me, this place needs to shut down until they can hire a manager that can train excellence into the employees. This is the worst experience I've ever had at any McDonald's. They should be ashamed of themselves McDonald's corporation should shut them down

They have got to fix this restaurant! Ordered with the app and still waited 20 minutes at 7 pm. Only to be told at the window they'd lost my order.

Rude people, no customer service, careless attitudes. I ordered breakfast online at 9:30, when i got there at about 1015, they told me i needed to pick substitutes because they'd already shut their breakfast stuff down for the day. They're supposed to serve breakfast until 1030, and i had ordered well before i showed up, didn't even start making it until i got there...

Order at machine for there, was gave food in bag to go. Worker was rude calling out orders, making everyone go to counter to grab it. Also rude when I said I was missing a item. Fries were cold tasted old.

We were greeted by someone and had to order at the kiosk. Ordered food at 3:57pm, and it took them 15 mins to get it to us. We were the only ones in the dining room. This location has yet to make an impression. It's called fast food, not slow food. It shouldn't take 15 minutes to get food.

Don't open a franchise where interaction is key if you can't have the labor/willingness to meet your area's needs. We are not driven in an all AI world, employees ignoring the front counter - busy at times is understandable but acknowledging customers waiting is important, not communicating with customers about things that run out, not communicating with your coworkers too.
Unfortunately the planning with the franchise did not set you for success. You're banking on only a drive thru experience.

I gave one star. I went there to order breakfast. The bill was 30 and change. I used my mobile app. It said there was a problem with the payment with my card. I spoke to a woman that was very rude and told me it want their app it was my bank problem. I have plenty of money in my account to cover that much and more. So was an app problem but she shrugged her shoulders and walked away. I will never go to that mc Donald’s ever again
