Secretly charging customers more on their tips than they chose??
Pickup order total was $79.75 after tax. I tipped 15% which should be $11.96 and add up to $91.71 but I was charged $94.92 which would calculate to a 19% tip. So, if my total after tax was $79.75 and I hit the 15% button, then why did it go up to a 19% addition instead of 15%?
Now imagine this happening to evwry single order that tips. I'd love to know where that addition...

They were so kind and helpful. I was out and about when ordering over the phone. So I stopped by a few minutes later to pick it up on my way home. They were so nice to me and reassured me it would be ready in 10 minutes and it was!! We live very close to our Pizza Factory. And our pizza and wings were so hot we had to wait a bit to eat them.

* my most recent order was for pick up. My pick up time was 1:15pm, I was there at 1:14pm. My order was ready, my wings were barely warm. It was obvious they had been ready for awhile. A bit disappointed.
