Our pizza took an hour and 40 minutes to be delivered. We called and spoke to the manager and he said, if the pizza's not there within 20 minutes I will credit your money back. 38 minutes later the pizza arrived we called and told him and he said oh, sorry, I credited your account $7. And blamed it on the teenagers that are working there.What a joke won't be going back there again.

Management was using foul language in front of my wife when she went to pick up our order. She felt uncomfortable to even go back in and ask for plates. The dough from the pizza was even chewy. Lots and lots of grease. Love the Hut, but this experience wasn't the best.
The cashier didn't listen to our order so we got the wrong pizza.

March 8th 2024 at 1128am....I called in my order for pick up they said it would be ready by 1155am I show up at 1148am to pay for pizza knowing I still have a few minutes left because I was early. Store was completely empty with no customers, as I approached register to pay,I'm informed they don't have honey habanaro sauce that was supposed to be on their special pizza from what I ordered (nobody told me this on the phone), then they tell me the cook hasn't even begin making it....FIRE that person (cook) immediately. Complete lack luster laziness on their part. Not only did I waste my gas to drive over, I wasted a lunch break. Get adults to run the store not children who prefer to be on their phones. Will never go back to this establishment. Pizza factory it is from here on out.
