I've been going to this location for at least 6 years. Today I had enough. The work ethic in management at this location is beyond not ok. After messing up my order (again), attempted kind interactions, I was told I'd be charged almost $8 to redeliver the missing items from my order. Made me have to drive to the location.
I had stated to the woman on the phone 2, maybe even 3 times that the food had been DELIVERED and that's why I was calling in the missing garlic cups. She tried to explain to me it was still on the road. Had to repeat myself MULTIPLE times to be understood. She was either high as a kite or actively ignoring what was being said on the phone.
I'm not one to complain on a business page but today's interaction was the absolute WORST customer experience I have had in many many years.
