March 8th 2024 at 1128am....I called in my order for pick up they said it would be ready by 1155am I show up at 1148am to pay for pizza knowing I still have a few minutes left because I was early. Store was completely empty with no customers, as I approached register to pay,I'm informed they don't have honey habanaro sauce that was supposed to be on their special pizza from what I ordered (nobody told me this on the phone), then they tell me the cook hasn't even begin making it....FIRE that person (cook) immediately. Complete lack luster laziness on their part. Not only did I waste my gas to drive over, I wasted a lunch break. Get adults to run the store not children who prefer to be on their phones. Will never go back to this establishment. Pizza factory it is from here on out.

Ordered pizza at 11 am for grandson's 4th birthday party at 2pm. It was supposed to be delivered. Never showed up. Called and the manager said it was canceled by an employee who also canceled other orders because they were "busy" They placed our order again and gave us a discount. Still had to wait an hour and a half for the pizza to be delivered. Do yourself a favor and order somewhere else.

Ordered from here a few weeks ago pizza was soggy and soaked in oil. Ended up throwing it away. Ordered again tonight the pizza was disgusting. Soggy, sloppy mess. Waste of money will be ordering from pizza factory from now on.Edit as of 11-9-23.Still haven't eaten at this dump ???

Order for delivery, every time something is either missing or wrong. Now my last time every ordering from pizza hut again when sending me the wrong order fully not one thing correct. I called and get asked to call back later. Really I have hungry kids to feed not too mention I tip good. And still get treated like they don't care about getting orders right.Parking: Not anything to really say

Horrible pizza,when I went to pick up my pizza they didn't acknowledge me that I was there all the workers kept going by me and no one ask if I need it anything..and I ordered the new all meat pizza hut melt and it had only one slice of pepperoni,,what a joke!!

The male worker who looked like he was in his 40s was staring at me in inappropriate ways. I'm not even 20. They also wouldn't tell me how much the pizza cost, because it didn't say on the menu they had at the counter. My friends ordered a pizza, and it took SO long for them to get their 1 pizza.

Polite, friendly and professional staff. In and out within 15 minutes and got exactly what I wanted. Large selection of all makes and models of footwear. I would recommend and will return for my next purchase of footwear.

When I visited, and ordered, the male that took my order spoke with me to extent and had informed me that he was traveling from reno to temp cover management. He took my order, and when I pulled out a hundred dollar bill, he told me he could not change that bill on a 62 dollar order. I said OK and walked out to go get change from the smith's nearby. Little was he aware, that the female and younger male that remained in the store were my wife and son, he proceeded to discuss how he thought it was funny that he had fooled me after one of his co-workers yelled at him for lying to me. My wife told me about this, after I had come back, paid for the pizza, then we had went outside to the car. I watched the employee that got mad walk out, and go to his car and then get out and rant to two of his female co-workers. I got out and spoke with him, and he told me how upset the entire crew was at this guy, and how close many of them were to writing. It w was obvious in the quality of our meal that the employees there are not happy at all.
