Since the new ownership, I've noticed(since I'm standing right there watching) that they have cut back on their meat portions. I'm hoping that since I'm a regular, they'll improve the portions on my sandwich in the future. If not, I'll have to find another place. Too bad for me as I'm a big POS fan. It's not the place, it's the people running it. Fingers crossed 🤞.

Just ordered 10 very diverse sandwiches. The team has us in and out in less than 10 minutes with no mistakes.
The experience was friendly and we felt like everyone was happy to take our orders.

just had the most horrific experience, I wont go into detail but I walked out with out even getting my food due to a nasty staff member, older lady, yelling at my granddaughter because she couldn't hear the clerk, the clerk had to repeat herself a few times because she was talking quietly so then she decided to yell, and when she realized that she had the entire room looking at her a passive aggressive smile came on her face. It was horrible experience, my granddaughter left sobbing. I get back to work and am telling some co workers about it and each one knew exactly who it was as they had had the same sort of experience with her. So I can give no stars for food as we had to leave my granddaughter was sobbing, atmosphere will be a 0 stars because of the old lady there, the other employees would get a 100%, and service -0 because of the cranky old lady. My advice to the cranky older lady, you have no idea what's going on in someone's life of what has gone on, you have no idea if its a social issue, or anything really, not that you have to know its really none of your business but try and be gracious and kind, speak up kindly, after all your just making sandwiches at your age so your not really in a position to judge.. BTW this is not Kindra its her mom..

Yeah I just got my tuna sandwich and the tuna was weird it didn't taste right the bread was smaller than normal my potato salad the potatoes were not done it was like eating a raw potato salad it's like I don't think I'll be eating there anymore it's just it was not good it was not worth the money I spent on delivery for sure

He and she left the front of the store empty taking their time coming to the front after we arrived. When they appeared from around the corner they were giggling and smirking. Made us really uncomfortable. It didn’t seem like they were slicing meat back there, creepy. Asked for mayo, light mustard, got mayo/mustard mix 5:30pm

We've had good and bad luck here. Have to say that the adults do a better job of knowing the value of your dollar, having spent their own decades earning their own, and therefore, pay better attention to you when you speak. The sandwiches are made as you say, your disabled/elderly family members are treated with respect, and the prices don't completely frighten you out of the building.

I ordered a tuna sub and it was truly one of the most vile and disgusting sandwiches I have ever had the displeasure of consuming. The tuna was dripping with juice causing the entire sandwich to be a disgusting soggy mess. The bread was stale and had the texture of a piece of cardboard. I can’t recommend this place to anyone that has an appreciation of sandwiches.
