We've had good and bad luck here. Have to say that the adults do a better job of knowing the value of your dollar, having spent their own decades earning their own, and therefore, pay better attention to you when you speak. The sandwiches are made as you say, your disabled/elderly family members are treated with respect, and the prices don't completely frighten you out of the building.

I ordered a tuna sub and it was truly one of the most vile and disgusting sandwiches I have ever had the displeasure of consuming. The tuna was dripping with juice causing the entire sandwich to be a disgusting soggy mess. The bread was stale and had the texture of a piece of cardboard. I can’t recommend this place to anyone that has an appreciation of sandwiches.

Worst every! How do you make a Tuna sandwich without TUNA! And then answer the phone "we are really busy what do you need?"Corporate gave me $5 in sub bucks! Screw that the damn sandwich was more than that!

Best and freshest food around! I work nearby and eat here often. I can honestly say I have never gotten bad food here. Ian is a shear genius when it comes to creating sandwiches and is always there to offer a friendly hello and smile. They even go above and WAY beyond for my boyfriend who has an allergy. I highly recommend the Dayton shop, with so many varieties (sandwiches- hot and cold, salads, wraps) it's hard to go wrong. And if you're not sure what to get, ask them for a recommendation! They can make your next favorite!

Worst Port of Subs ever. Been going to many different places throughout different towns. Never have I experienced anything like I did today. I should have walked out and not wasted my money. Bread was so stale I couldn't chew threw it, even though it was heated up and not grilled like it's advertised. Lettuce looked like it was chewed up and spit out. Wanted avocado but it was brown and ugly. I went in specifically for a BLT tried to do it online was glad after seeing what I would have gotten I would have been upset. Again I truly should have walked out and not paid for it. It wasn't even worth giving it to a homeless person.I promise to never go back.The kid behind the counter does not have professional customer service skills either. The woman just said that's what they received and did offer to look for other lettuce. I opted for green leaf lettuce. Sandwich tasted terrible after a horrible experience I threw it away . Funny thing is. Smiths grocery is right next door if they needed better lettuce.
