I love getting stuff from here. However today I went to get my normal drink, $6 and I get up to the window pay, and realized it was $12. I’m now down $18, and have no idea what when I’ll get my money back. I didn’t have the money to still pay for my drink after paying for someone else’s food so I had to pull extra money just to be able to get my drink because the person working wasn’t paying attention to the orders. This is just disappointing.

I come in quite a lot since it’s near me, A tall guy that goes buy the name of Travis always has great service and always moves with a sense of urgency looking to get out the orders quick

I am so disappointed to write a negative review I have always raved about the customer service at this location and how amazing the baristas are. I placed a mobile order while checking out of the grocery store at finished quicker than when my order was completed. There was no one in the drive through or behind me, The first guy who I spoke to was very kind but some lady cut him off and took over and I was told by the lady that I need to wait until my order is completed in the app. Mind you that feature doesn’t work 99% of the time. What’s the difference if I just ordered it In the drive-through?! This is the worst experience I’ve ever had with Starbucks. It has me never wanting to go back again. I didn’t deserve to be lectured because my one coffee and one food item wasn’t ready. I would have happily waited at the window for it to be ready instead I left not even wanting it anymore.

The other day I went in and I was having a day where my stress was eating me alive and I just needed a caffeine overload! Immediately one of the baristas greeted me kindly per usual, but as time went on the young lady was exceeding expectations. All of a sudden, my stress was getting lifted. I asked the young lady her name, and with a big smile, she said “Sophie!”. What an awesome employee you have. I will be back again because of her!
