The coffe shop opens with 3h delay, people are hostile and it is quite dirty.

Apparently ordering your sandwich deluxe means you get charged for TWO sandwiches. Two of my sandwiches were added instead of the price for extra meat. Yall are not slick, I just didn't want to make a scene over it because I know how yall are when your scam doesn't work out. Bad business. Miss the way this place used to be before whoever the new people are. $20 for one sandwich and some extra meat is ridiculous and legally theft.

I stopped to use the restroom there as I needed to go urgently and ran in quickly used the bathroom and was told by the employee that I’m not allowed to use the restrooms I planned to buy food after but now I will never buy anything from there again. Also that employee should be fired.

I went at about 5pm to get a sandwich and the website said they were open till 9pm, as well as the lights being on. When I got there, the door was locked and a worker said they weren't open, even though they clearly were. I asked for a reason and he just slammed the door on me. I love Subway's food, but if this is how their employees act, I'd rather go to Jersey Mikes. 1/5, very disappointed.

This stores scanner is broken not able to use mobile app to pay for order, better have a backup plan to tender

I have tried several time to place my orders online. Web page keeps saying my billing address is not valid. When you try to place an order by phone the number is disconnected. This issue has happened several time in a year. New owner needs to get this fixed. Missing out on a lot of orders. I am not the only one with this problem.
