The service is getting better i stopped going to tacobell in dayton for months fuel to food always messed up and the service was just as bad. I gave them another try and both the food and the customer service was better

Apparently they close at 1045pm . The open sign was on but when I got up to the window, there was a car in line. When I got to the window the girl said let me get it manager and then he said "Oh I just turned the sign off. This isn't the first time this has happened. Very Very poor management.

Some days the food is good for a Taco Bell, some days it looks like a kindergartner assembled it with half the food loosely slopped in the tortilla and half in the wrapper. Ditto for the drive thru, if you see a line it's a sign they're moving slow and you're going to be there a while. It just depends on who's working.

It's really slow for a taco bell and seems either understaffed or very new staffing. Constantly get the wrong items in my orders. Never get the sauce or napkins or utensils with orders, 2 stars.

Almost my entire order was incorrect. Tried to call branch to talk to someone and no one will answer. Reported on the Taco Bell app. I’m on a limited income, so on the rare occasion I order out, I would like to have the food I actually paid for.

Tonight I went into Taco Bell
They were short staffed to begin with they were being rude to other customers in the lobby a girl was coughing non stop not changing her glove as she is touching everything. I asked them to make sure my burrito was grilled as Iv come the last few weeks it has been cold each time nor did they grill my burrito . I leave with my order an it literally says CRAZY on it . They refused to answer me at the door so I cut the drive through they tried to tell me is said “Cheezy” on it which it doesn’t . They refused to give me a refund or to make me new one and proceeded to say they aren’t rude there. Absolutely insane.

They said mobile orders only because they're short-staffed. That seems pretty backwards. If you're short staffed prioritize the people who are at your restaurant not people who haven't even shown up yet. Absolutely atrocious service.
