Sun 7pm seated immediately, restaurant was empty. The vibe, music was entertaining and atmosphere is fun. We have one in Chicago. Good food, however prices have skyrocketed...ridiculously expensive! Overhearing table conversations next to and across were saying the same. Possibly the reason why the restaurant wasn't busy? Service was stellar from waiter Eduardo. They did treat my wife to a Bday dessert.

The food is unseasoned and mediocre at best. $100 steak that had no season to it. I had to ask for salt and steak sauce, most restaurants I go to I can eat the steak with nothing at it. The seafood pasta with the crab wasn't very tasty. The king Crab legs for $84 for three cut pieces of crab not worth it. I went to STK in Chicago and actually forgot, until I walked in STK in Las Vegas and realized, based on decor, I had dined with them before . I forget about it because the food isn't worth remembering. It is ingrained in my memory. I won't forget again to never go back.!

We had a fantastic dinner here. It is very loud so hard to have a conversation but the meal itself was great! The service was also excellent!

Let's be clear, you don't come here for the service!!! It's probably the worst around! First, we made a reservation a month in advance with a specific request to be in a booth on the top level of the restaurant, then I called a day before to make sure our note for that was in which they confirmed, then I called the day of to ensure our request was handled again. Our flight was 3 hours delayed and so we were cutting it close to our reservation time, we made it on time and upon a friend checking in 10 min prior, she was told she was partially checked in, when we arrived running since she again asked for a booth on the top level, the hostess told her they would give it away if we didn't come soon. Upon arrival, we were told now we were fully checked in and would have to wait another 20-40 min, what a joke! Then, when they called us to seat us 45 min later, they walked us right over to the most crowded table on the bottom level by the bar, ARE YOU KIDDING ME?? Looking around I saw 4 booths open on the top level and communicated my dismay and was told that I needed to wait another 10-20 min. Stk in Vegas has always been a favorite place of mine to dine strictly for the vibe and energy, the food is not the best and the service is the worst, but they get away with it all day. Walking out to wait our 10-20 min, we walked by the manager who just saw us walk in and walk out and I had the biggest face of disgust. The same manager stood there heard me complain, never asked what was wrong until after 10 minutes I was fed up, walked up and asked to speak to a manager to which he replied he was. At this point, if we weren't starving, anywhere else in the world I would have left! They definitely need to do better!!!!!! Disappointing

We went last night to celebrate my birthday and our anniversary. Everything was amazing. We went several years ago, I was hesitant about going back because it had been so loud. Last night was perfect. Loved the music!! We ate some amazing food, laughed, drank some great wine 💕. All of the staff made us feel special on our date ❤️

I love STK's menu. The food is delicious and it is fun to listen to music and feel like you are at a Night Club. The Wagu is a definite must.

This place is beyond perfect. I would say the only complaint me and my wife had was it was just a bit to dark to read the menu. The menu is very overwhelming if you dont study it before you get there. They have alot to choose from. But the waiter Isaac made it every simple for us fortunately. I SERIOUSLY suggest the Sea Bass. It was out of this world. The surf and turf that my wife got was great also...the steak was cooked to perfection. Music was great from the time we stepped in till we left....had us dancing at the table....very upbeat and played a good variety. A little more louder than normal but all in all atmosphere was outstanding. DESSERT....wow is all I can say. You must get the donuts and also must get the pineapple cake. Soooooo good!!!!! Great experience...will definitely be back!!

This was the worst experience we have ever had. From the start, our salads were made incorrectly. We ordered 2 filets medium, and they both came out rare, cold to the touch inside. The waitress agreed that the steaks were undercooked, went for a manager to address the situation, after a 10 minute wait, we decided it was time to leave. Once the manager finally came over, he offered to remake everything, we declined. He had the nerve to ask us to wait so he could reconcile the bill, assuming he was going to charge us for the incorrectly made salads. He returned & said we were free to go. In addition to the bad food, we requested a booth & were sat at a 2x2 table. The music was so loud , we could not even have a conversation, it did not represent a romantic dinner. We will NEVER go back.
The food is always amazing...steaks cooked perfectly and delicious sides including sauces and butters with which to top your steak. Our server Jen was excellent, very attentive and genuinely friendly. It is a little loud in the restaurant but they are always playing great tunes.

This is a great steak place, typical for Las Vegas. Take the noise level as "energetic" seriously. It's like club level loud music which makes it difficult to converse, hear the servers and generally enjoy a meal without wanting to eat quickly to get out faster...perhaps that's the intention.

Although I made a reservation for 8 people, STK would not give the table until the entire party arrived. They forced us to stay at the bar until everyone arrived. We had to take a table for 5 and then squeeze 8 people in the same space! Noise level in the restaurant is unbearable to a point that you cannot hear even the person sitting right next to you. Food is tasty but pretty overpriced for the quality and ambience. I would not visit this restaurant again.
