Very great food and staff very efficient sever assistant kept out drinks full as soon as we took the last bite of our appetizer and bread, he cleared the table right away within seconds our server gave us great recommendations on entrées recommended a 8oz ribeye cap and it did not disappoint one bit.!! the potato gratin was absolutely delectable..!! Only downfall was for 2 steaks 2 sides a appetizer a Diet Coke and one alcoholic beverage came out to $370 dollars which isn't terrible but it wasn't that great on pricing but you get what you pay for and the food was the best meal I had in my 5 day stay in Vegas, and I ate some really good food..! Would definitely return.!!

The reviews I read were fairly accurate. Beautiful restaurant, great service and delicious food. The noise level is rather high. Five of us shared the Tomahawk and bought four sides to share also. Although we were not exactly full from the meal, we felt great and weren't all stuffed from eating our own steak.

Fun and exciting atmosphere. Music was loud and upbeat but we were still able to have table conversations. Ordered a medium well, 6oz filet. It was so dry and charred that I complained. The waitress agreed and took it back. They replaced it with one that tasted very good. However when our bill came they charged me for an extra steak. A little disappointed in waitress not being as attentive as she could have been. Dessert was very cool , Cloud. It is set on fire to reveal what's inside.

Sat at the bar with a friend for a late dinner. We got seated around our reservation time and the service was great from the hosting staff and the bartender. I ordered a stand alone 34 oz bone in ribeye since their menu doesn't offer any sides to come along with it. For a $140 steak by itself I was very disappointed. The quality felt like I could have gone to a store and cooked one myself for the same experience. I ordered it cooked medium and the first couple of bites were well overcooked and had the texture of a rubber tire so I talked to the bartender about it and she agreed ultimately resulting in me sending it back. They ended up bringing the same steak back out to me just cut up to show me I was wrong for sending it back. The funny part was doing that showed me it was now under cooked at medium rare. That gesture personally rubbed me the wrong way but I ultimately let it go and finished my steak viewing it was fuel instead of leisure. Also make sure you understand the vibe you're going into when making your reservation because the atmosphere is similar to being at a very loud club.

I guess STK thinks they are a dance club versus a high end steak house where business people come to have dinner and discuss business. Complained to the waitress said she told the manager, minutes later they turned up the music. Guess they worry more about their DJ than the paying customer. Been there before and did not have this experience. We usually bring large groups, will not happen again as we will not return.

In the past I used to post all over my instagram that this place had the best service ever. This and last time it was awful. The hosts are the worst. They are rude and always irritated. You can't ask a basic question without them blowing up

I had such a great dinner at STK Las Vegas last night. The vibe was chic and lively, perfect for a night out in Vegas. I tried the Steak Night Special and it was an amazing deal. It came with a starter, the steak as my entrée, creamy mashed potatoes on the side, dessert, and even a glass of wine. The steak was cooked perfectly, tender and flavorful, and the mashed potatoes were absolutely delicious. The staff was attentive and friendly, which made the whole experience even better. I'd definitely recommend STK to anyone looking for a fun and stylish steakhouse with great food and atmosphere.

Had a 6.45 pm reservation, hostess kept telling us to wait 20 mins and then another 20 mins and then it was 1 hr and 30 mins of wait, which frustrated not just me but my business clients too. We then walked away to another restaurant. Very unprofessional even after having reservation made..

Went for brunch and did the brunch special for 49 dollars. What should've been a 200 tab for three people, with drinks, was over a 500 dollar tab. Management was horrendous and just said oops these things happen. And now I'm stuck waiting to see if they actually refund the 250+ they owe me or if I'm going to have to go back down there. Because you know, they can steal your money in an instant but it's 7-10 business days to give it back.

Horrible experience. We had a reservation on Saturday 9/27 for 7 people at 9pm for my sisters 30th birthday. We arrived to check in for our table at 8:47pm. The hostess proceeded to tell us that even with a reservation we would have to wait for 45 minutes. We were concerned because we had a table reservation at Pinky Ring Room after dinner. We waited the 45 minutes and still didn't get called to be sat. Went up and she said another 20 minutes. Zero apologies or anything. Waited the 20 minutes and then went up to her again and she said 15 more minutes . At that point we told her we had to just forget it. So after all that standing and waiting in heels we never got to have my sisters birthday dinner. We grabbed a hot dog from the food court on our way to the Bellagio. We are vegas locals and have never experienced anything this bad before in the vegas nightlife industry.
