This is like the 2nd or 3rd time my order is wrong. You guys needs to fix the situation with the drive thru. Tired of getting my order wrong everytime I get home it isn’t what I ordered!! Probably the last time I go there.

Delicious food, gotta love the fresh handmade tortillas. Friendly staff.Must try, shredded beef, rice, cheese and light bean burrito.
I usually get my breakfast burrito here in the mornings. Always hits the spot. Never had any issues what so ever. Burritos are big too and good. Service is always very nice and prompt. I definitely need to try different foods. I've had their steak burritos and those are great too. Tried their new salsa today too, it was perfect. I hope they keep it as a normal!

I went with my mom (English is her second language in the Middle East area) through the drive through at nine beans and as we waited we finally got to the intercom and my mom started ordering. Her english is not that good so she speaks very slow and the woman over the intercom started cutting my mom off saying "what else, What else you can have beans, rice etc" (just giving attitude and acting as if her time was being wasted even though no one was behind us in line) she seemed very frustrated and irritated at my mom who was just trying to order. eventually after she gave so much attitude my mom said thank you and left and we took our money else where. even if she was having a bad day she should not have taken it out on a mom and her child trying to order. I don't know if she thought my mom was "mocking" her because she was talking slow but regardless, next time I hope she treats her customers with respect and patience next time.
