This Arby’s continues to be awful. We ordered two Classic Roast Beef sandwiches and they delivered two Beef and Cheddar sandwiches. It was a tad over a year ago since we ate here and had another bad experience. Last time we eat here!

Placed order got wrong sandwiches. They remade them with SHREDS. Not sliced as per usual. Meat was cold, room temp. Lousy. Do better. Sandwiches were classic double. Also ordered fries. Didn't get them but they charge us either. Definitely not worth $10/sandwich.

Ebery single time I order there they don't look at the order closely because they always forget my aju sauce. Anx I have tried calling several times down to the store as well as my spouse and my roommate and they refuse to answer the phone.

Really kind and friendly staff! They went above and beyond to “make it right” when they forgot to add the fries to my order! Not a big deal to come back in and they were so kind and considerate and gifted me a coupon as an apology for my inconvenience. The lovely staff interaction made the “inconvenience” a very joyful and uplifting experience in my day. 😊thanks!!

Our roast beef sandwich was absolutely tasteless. I used to love Arby's when I still lived in CA. I was excited after a 130 mile trip to find an Arby's in Elko. Will not go there again.
