Went to Arby’s today to try their new steak nuggets in Elko, Nevada. The steak nuggets were delicious, but the fries had so much salt on them. I had a hand them back in and tell him to give me some more fries and they got me more and they were still salty. It was like I picked up a salt shaker and poured the damn thing in my mouth so if you eat at Arby’s, ask him not to salt the fries before they give them to you. They wonder why people have high blood pressure.

Was busy in drive through, the young guy at window was very apologetic and friendly (name on receipt was Damien). Got my food hot and delicious. Been too other Nevada locations and not all was this friendly or meal was exact right but this location in Elko NV was outstanding, will def come back to this location.

This Arby’s continues to be awful. We ordered two Classic Roast Beef sandwiches and they delivered two Beef and Cheddar sandwiches. It was a tad over a year ago since we ate here and had another bad experience. Last time we eat here!

Placed order got wrong sandwiches. They remade them with SHREDS. Not sliced as per usual. Meat was cold, room temp. Lousy. Do better. Sandwiches were classic double. Also ordered fries. Didn't get them but they charge us either. Definitely not worth $10/sandwich.

Not a big deal to come back in and they were so kind and considerate and gifted me a coupon as an apology for my inconvenience.
