Me and my husband went out for dinner and it was amazing. I ordered the steak and it was the best steak I have ever had, my husband had the lobster tail and it was perfect! We called the chef out to compliment her on the food! We would recommend this to anyone!!

Last night I had the Filet, super tender I could cut it with a butter knife. The cilantro garlic butter on top just takes it to a whole new level. Every time I come here I am neverrrr disappointed. Worth every single penny!! Down to the croutons, it was seriously delish!! It’s hard to find really good food since moving here, Aspens so far is the only place I have found ?? SOOO YUMMY

Went for Thanksgiving dinner. Service was great and the food was delicious too. Having Chef Ritchie as the new chef was the best move for this establishment. The food is 100 percent better!

Was very excited to try the short ribs and ordered them. For $72 I had high expectations. The salad was horrible. The tomatoes looked like they had been frozen and were a brownish/green. I had asked for extra ranch and was assured that I did get extra ranch but it had to have been less than a once. The soup was a butternut squash with an extremely small amount of lump crab meat on top. The soup was ok. The short ribs finally came out after well over an hour. I have had much better roast beef dinners at Denny’s. The gravy they barely drizzled over the meat and extremely small portion of mashed potatoes was straight out of a jar. It’s crazy this place is still open. Never again for me!!

I've eaten here many times over the past 2 years and their new chef and menu could legitimately compete with any major city. I'm incredibly impressed and if you're looking to delight your palate, this place is worth every cent. Some items to try:Try the meatball appetizer! The lobster stuffed mushroomsThe shortrib is stellar

Way over priced., menu onsite was not the menu online . Very expensive. Go to the Star Hotel if you want a fabulous meal for great price.
This place is way overpriced. An 8oz steak for $65 with less than half a scoop of mashed potatoes. That’s what it looked like anyways. The salad was only about 3 bites. I had the meatball appetizer $18 for a “3oz meatball” The food is good but not worth the price tag. They may think that their food is worth it but it is not. You could get a better steak at The Star for half the price.

We went to Aspens twice last week, and the food and service were both great! I loved the lobster stuffed mushrooms and meatball appetizers. I think there's a new chef named Ritchie, and he's doing a fabulous job. The appetizer spread he put out for a recent VIP party were all fantastic! Beautifully plated and expertly prepared. The bartenders and wait staff are friendly and efficient. Can't wait to go back!

0n 7/26/23 we ate dinner at the Aspins Grill in Elko Nv. We ordered the prime ribs medium it came back rare. We politely sent it back. The Aspins did not offer us the realy good bread dip they had in the past. I ordered a salad with ranch, it had almost no dressing on it. Was not worth the $300.00 spent. Won't be back.

Don't just don't! It's been 7 years since my husband and I ate here. We thought it was oddly empty. I had the worst French onion soup I've ever tasted and my filet mignon was tender but tasted very odd. I only ate a few bites as I couldn't get past it. Fast forward 2 days of food poisoning. Symptoms started within the hour of leaving and my guts are so sore still.
