This spot is so unprepared for delivery that when I show up having placed an online order for myself, they delay my order and force me to wait because they think I am picking up a delivery order. Should not be on Door Dash.

My whopper was totally screwed up and didn’t find out until I got home. I called the store and someone kept hanging up on me. I finally got someone to answer. Colena or some version of that name was very very rude. I asked to speak to the manager and she said she was the GM. If she’s the GM then why is she so rude and condescending?!? She made it sound like I was lying. She seriously needs to be sent to a class or something to learn something about customer service skills.

The only good thing I can say about this place is that Melissa is a great manager and always has a great attitude. Unfortunately, my whopper was totally screwed up and didn't find out until I got home. I called the store and someone kept hanging up on me. I finally got someone to answer. Colena (not sure of the spelling) was so rude and condescending. I asked to speak to the manager and she said she was the GM. If she's the GM then there's really something wrong. I couldn't believe the way she was treating me. She made it sound like I was lying. She seriously needs to be sent to a class or something to learn something about customer service skills.

They didn’t get our order right at all even tho I said that one of the burgers CANNOT have tomato on it and yet they still put it on there. 1/10 Won’t be ordering from here again unless I have to.

Went there twice in a row now late night getting burned inedible patties in my burger . The looked liked some one picked them from the trash I'm not even exaggerating black hard as a rock .so whatever I give them another try this time I order the patties fresh .... Nope . Some old patties and wrong order . I done. The quality has gone downhill and the prices are just ridiculous.
