I don't like to eat fast food but when I do I go here. They have never messed up a order and are managed well. The other bk near cal ranch is always a circus to go to. Good management goes a long way.

Food was alright but customer service is lacking. Restrooms were not clean or sanitary in my opinion. I watched the gentleman who took my order touch the register then went to go salt fries afterwards. Pretty sure gloves should be worn for health reasons. Theyre soda machine never works with only a few drinks available.

It's a burger joint. No one can expect 5 star service or food. The place was clean, but the service was slow, and as always, the people working there showed minimal intelligence, motivation, or friendly attitude. Nothing for sale there could be called excellent in my opinion, it's only good enough to put food in your gut.

I attempted to call to speak with a manager about an incorrect drive-through order. The person who answered hung up on me, and never picked up the phone the rest of the evening; further attempts to call resulted in a "line-busy" response.

i ordered a medium whopper meal with extra pickles and i will say the burger was quite sloppy and poorly wrapped and this is all i got in the medium fry.

Always good food. The Double Bacon Burger looked like the ones they advertise on TV, it was big and tasted great. French fries were perfectly crispy. Also had the cheese bites. They are OK. Staff is friendly and fast service.
