For some reason this Burger King managed to botch a $120 order so badly it’s like the entire building is held together with cold fry grease and whatever brain cells were left after the staff collectively decided accuracy was optional; I’ve seen vending machines with more competence and customer service, and at least they don’t charge triple digits to hand you a bag full of disappointment.

Night crew messed up my dads 127 dollar doordash order, refused to fix it and instead decided to argue. Lady in the window was older with glasses and cook was and older guy. Dude clocked out and tried to walk out and confront us after me had left the drive through and into the albertsons parking lot to talk to my brother. We left before he came around the corner of the store by the front door. As someone who worked in a lot of fast food places here in elko, the whole interaction was super unprofessional and both employees need to be fired. Ive never seen anyone but the red headed manager at taco bell act like that.

I don't like to eat fast food but when I do I go here. They have never messed up a order and are managed well. The other bk near cal ranch is always a circus to go to. Good management goes a long way.

Food was alright but customer service is lacking. Restrooms were not clean or sanitary in my opinion. I watched the gentleman who took my order touch the register then went to go salt fries afterwards. Pretty sure gloves should be worn for health reasons. Theyre soda machine never works with only a few drinks available.

It's a burger joint. No one can expect 5 star service or food. The place was clean, but the service was slow, and as always, the people working there showed minimal intelligence, motivation, or friendly attitude. Nothing for sale there could be called excellent in my opinion, it's only good enough to put food in your gut.
