AVOID!!!! Zero starts on all levels! We had same experience as all the other previous reviews! Should have checked the reviews before going. Was expecting consistency from Chipotle like all the others— but no! Shocking!! Rude workers, dirty tables, meat and beans were out one hour before closing.

Hands down the worst run chipotle I've ever been to and I eat at alot of chipotles.. been in elko a few months and they consistently between 5-6 p.m. are out of meats. It happens everytime, you would think they could solve this by cooking more ahead of time but that would take actual thinking.

A busy lunchtime crowd with only 3 people working?! I person at the cashier / 1 person doing the food line and 1 person supposed to be cooking which he was not! Just standing around! No carne asada no carnitas made and after waiting 20 mins in a line of only 4 people and getting to order, they told us the meat would take 20 more minutes???? What kind of business is this!!! Horrible. Will never go back to this one.

We stopped at this Chipotle around 8:30 pm while on a road trip (closing time was posted as 10 pm). Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. The chicken in my bowl was completely burnt and inedible, we ended up throwing it away.
The servers seemed overwhelmed and frustrated because of the long line, and most of the food items were already empty by the time we ordered. It felt rushed, and the quality really suffered. I even noticed several other customers throwing away their food as well.
This was one of the worst Chipotle experiences I’ve had. I honestly recommend avoiding this location. If it can’t be managed properly, it might be better to close it.

Worst Chipolte I have ever been to! Didn't have any meat except chicken, rice was hard. Place was dirty. Do better Elko!
Staff was friendly, this location didn’t get the memo on portions. Ask for a little more beans and well there must be a shortage and didn’t even bother asking for a little more meat because I knew where that would go.

This location definitely doesn't keep up with the standard of service as experienced or expected in other Chipotle's in Nevada. Ive held off on writing a review to give it a chance, but there hasn't been much improvement. Most seem miserable to work here, meat portions get skimped, and I've even had completely uncooked portions of the meal. I'm unsure if this is a management or corporate issue trickling down but no one seems even remotely interested in serving you most the time and it doesn't seem like a very happy place to work.

What the heck is going on here ? Such a bizarre experience. Was literally standing in line for 20 min and didn’t move. Watched them STRUGGLE to make 3 tacos during that time. Also one of the workers lectured the customer because she was answering the cashiers question at the same time he was asking if she wanted guacamole…. He literally told her “ it’s kinda hard to finish this when you are talking to other people “ ?!?!!?? He should have said that to his co worker if anything! Sooo weird. They were moving like sloths. Not capable. I’m not one to write bad reviews that often but this was deserved. I ended up leaving without ordering because of all the reasons listed above. I asked the guy behind me if he’s been to this location before and if it’s normally like this and he said “ yup… and you’ll be lucky if they aren’t out of meat when you finally get to order.” What a joke

Bathrooms were gross, all chairs were up on the tablea (at 4:30pm), soda machine area was gross, didn't seem like the floors have been cleaned in awhile. I agree with a previous review this is the worse chipolte I have ever seen. I can't believe corporate even allows this place to be open.
