We love Costa Vida!

Employees were super friendly and funny. I was sad. They were out of rice, but it’s OK cause this smiles traded the value. Food was fresh and great.

Worst customer service all around People have to wait for them to take care of their online order before they can take care of the customer in the store the manager in duty had a bad attitude and yelled at a customer that her online order was first than his food that was sitting in the counter getting cold she also left the line to take answer her phone with people in line that she came back and didn’t wash her hands

I love this place however recently with the mobile orders they have been messing up my order for the past three mobile orders. So I would recommend not doing mobile orders. For example: today I ordered 2 extra ounces of shredded meat in my burrito and I got it on the side instead of the extra cheese I wanted to put on top of it. It seems like it depends on who is making your order

They were out of rice and steak. Had to wait 10 minutes for my burrito. Got tired of waiting for the steak. Went with beef. They put two tablespoons of meat on it! Will never go there again!!!! Customer service sucks!

Food is killer the sweet pork folks... my goodness. I always get the salad but everything is great!

If you're not very hungry the kids meal is a great "lighter / smaller meal" option. I love the sweet pork and ALWAYS get the sweet pork enchilada. So delicious.

Hunter is the most amazing manager I’ve ever seen at any restaurant. He defended an employee getting harassed and got assaulted for it. Afterwards he ran back in and told his employees to help the customers in line and he moved on as if nothing happened. He was so enthusiastic before and after the incident, not to mention he had that amazing attitude on a Sunday. GIVE HIM A RAISE

Fantastic little fast Mexican food place in the middle of Nevada. Chantel was an amazing employee - friendly and precise. Food was fresh and tasty.

There's these two girls idk there names but they deserve more pay they were on the ball so I told the two girl too split the 20 dollars I gave them for a tip there was a blond and a dark haired they made the food the way I love it good job girls hope u are there next time I go there
