I don't usually do reviews, but I felt obliged to this time.

I go to this Costa Vida quite often, I like the food there because it is consistently delicios and doesnt take too long to get. I like the fact that there are lots of windows and plenty of natural light. On top of that the workers are always kind and polite to me. Today though, I accidentally left my wallet here and the manager went out of her way to message me and let me know that I had left it. I am really grateful for that. I hope that anyone passing through Elko decides to stop here. 10/10, 5 stars.

Also a good dish is the steak salad. Always my personal favorite.

TLDR: This is a great place with great food and great people running it. I highly recommend it.

Had a disappointing visit today… Went for 2 sweet pork salads, a usual favorite for me and my wife… Must have been an off day… Barely enough meet for one bite on each salad.. You could fit all the meat on one bite literally. Also Tortillas were basically raw. Smaller of raw dough..not toasted… Idk 🤷🏻‍♂️ not as yummy as we were hoping. Quite the opposite..

Asked for beef and they gave me chicken. Asked for tomatillo ranch and had extra cost and they didn’t give me. I HATE when I pay for food and don’t get what I want. Worst experience ever! Detail: ordered online and asked for sweet pork and they didn’t have.
Don’t go there! Save your money for a better place. So upset that I paid for eat this dry stuff!!!!

The employees were so nice and the food was delicious! The only downside was that they didn't have their delicious, fresh strawberry lemonade.

My wife has a severe gluten allergy and usually has to explain everything, but as soon as she said it here they changed their rubs without being asked. When the food went down to the other person, he took his gloves off automatically changed them. Both washed their hands automatically, courteous and helpful! Thank you Emma and Jay!!!

Great food, got shrimp salad, great tasting food. skimpy on the guacamole and on the pricy side to add a few extra scoops, over $15 total, but seemed much healthier than fast food and tasted great 👍

Great food, nice servers, wonderful accommodating my celiac and managing cross contamination of the food items. The only negative is that it is always freezing in there!

Employees were super friendly and funny. I was sad. They were out of rice, but it’s OK cause this smiles traded the value. Food was fresh and great.
