Awful experience. I love when this place opens in summer but this summer I only went a few times and it has been full of disappointment: Tonight being the worst. There was one person ahead of me waiting for their order and a door dash person who showed up after I had already been waiting for 30 minutes. I ended up waiting for over 40 minutes to get my order, when I got home and opened my burger most the toppings were thrown on the side not even on the burger. The employee interaction wasn’t friendly or helpful. I don’t think I will spending my time or money there again, used to be great but has really declined.

If you want ice cream you order it on the left side of the building & if you want food you order it on the right side of the building. It wasn't on the menu, but I was able to get a dilly bar. Same with hot dog- wasn't on the menu but the lady said I could get one. 4 tables outside, I didn't see a bathroom.

Showed up shortly after opening. No other customers. Stood at the windows for 5 min with no one offering to take an order or noticing i was even there, including the lady out front sweeping. Left without ordering. Lady at the windows throwing up arms as a drove away. Terrible service!! Bring old owners back!!!

My husband and I came to get a door dash and the worker at the ice-cream side had headphones in and completely ignored us for over 15 minutes, we tried to get her attention multiple times. We finally got her attention when another set of customers got their ice-cream and then she had an attitude when we asked for the door dash

In a word? Magical. From the moment I stepped foot onto the newly redone concrete to the moment I left with my free dilly bar from the survey on the receipt I do not believe another sensory experience will surpass the time I spent here for as long as I exist on this mortal coil.
The orange cream shake transported me to simpler times evoking an emotional response with the perfect balance between incredibly refreshing and strong flavors of what I can only imagine is derived from the portokalia maleme chanion kritis grown in Chania Greece and the full, rich, smooth and cold cream of I don't know where.
The incredibly friendly and helpful team tell me this is a seasonal item and it will be replaced with a pumpkin spice shake. I will mourn the orange cream shake and have fantastical dreams of what the pumpkin spice shake will be, I will return daily and be the first in line to try it.

Shout-out to my people of DQ. I did a mobile order for lunch and they got it done on time and they have great customer service too! I had a line of 20 kids randomly come to the ice cream line in front of me before I was able to pickup my ice cream part of the order. The kids in line were all kinds of chaotic and with my social anxiety I was in a panic. The DQ workers saw that and got my ice cream from the back. So thank you guys fr fr

This is supposed to be a fast food restaurant, but there is no drive thru for one. And the different lines to get food/dessert? Makes no sense at all. I don’t want to go here again just to have to stand in line for 20 minutes and then get to the window to have them say we need to catch up on orders and they cant take my order at that time. This is NOT a fast food place. Ill take my chances at McDonalds
