Domino's Pizza

Do your self a favor and go anywhere else. I ordered an extravaganza pizza. Imagine my surprise when i got to my hotel and had a crust with a little sauce and very little cheese. NO OTHER TOPPINGS. So much for extravaganza. I threw the pathetic thing in the garbage and went to pizza barn for a real pizza. DONE WITH ALL DOMINOS!

The pizza and sides here a pretty good. The app is ok, it can be difficult to use sometimes and it would be nice if there were more options to click and order instead having to build every item. I generally use delivery through the app. The small delivery fee and tip for the drivers are well worth the convenience of eating at home and not having to pack up the family and go somewhere. The food itself is good, the quality control needs some work though. Double checking everything to the order before putting it in the oven should keep a lot of mistakes from happening but there always seems to be something not quite right. Overall it’s good for the price.

From reading other reviews, it appears the mgr never reads them or gives a damn. Main issue: some employees had no hair covering, others wore company hats or sunshades that inadequately covered hair. One employee with pink hair kept wiping her runny nose with her finger then continued to kneed dough. Good thing it's baked at 450°

I made an order online and it took almost 2 hrs to get my food. I called the store at one point to ask about it and after being on hold for over 5 mins I was told mine was the next one out. And it was still another hour before I got it. And when I finally did get it. It was cold. Ill probably never order delivery from there again.

Foods good but employees apparently need to be taught how to cut a damn pizza. Last 3 orders have not hardly been touched by a blade.

Not that anyone will care or even read this but tonight at 719 I was crossing the street to do my job. I had the right to cross when a dominoes car with a blonde driver she had glasses and a hat from what I saw.....about hit me in the middle of the intersection. If she was in that big of a hurry I am so sorry I was in her way. As a mother of 7 and the primary bread winner of my home this really makes me mad. Please speak with your drivers about driving safe especially at night and time changes in effect.

Worst Domino's experience yet. Half the pizza had double sauce and the other half hardly any. One piece had no sauce and no toppings at all. Toppings were just kind of tossed on randomly. The pan pizza had no edge (the reason you order a pan pizza) because all the dough was in the middle. The New York pizza had a 2in plain crust with all the sauce and toppings tossed into the middle.
Everyone was joking, talking, and laughing when I walked in to pick up my order and the delivery driver that walked in had to ask if I needed help because I had been standing there.

I always order from Dominos but today's pizza was not as good as usual. Too much sauce in some places, no sauce in others. Crust was so thin and almost no cheese.

This dominos has been very tasty, since the over cooking the pizza has stopped. I can say their timing is usually fast unless super busy, and ordering through the app definitely adds points up and gives back with rewards, thanks so much dominos!

Food was really good. Tasted better than I remember, I'd definitely skip the garlic oil, doesn't do much except upset your stomach 😂.

The pizza was burnt, dry and semi-warm, we waited almost 2 hours and what we got was horrible!!! Never Again!!!

Employees were rude and possessed poor customer service skills. I requested a “Hawaiian pizza”. I was given the dominos special “Honolulu Hawaiian pizza” which has peppers on it. Everyone knows what a Hawaiian pizza is and that is not it. When politely asked if we could have a replacement pizza as this is not what we ordered, staff brushed us off, saying “since this is the only Hawaiian on our menu, that’s just what we assume”. Why would you assume that? It’s a HAWAIIAN PIZZA. Also, weird sound effects kept playing in the store. Very strange.
The one pizza they got correct was good and well-cooked.

Ordered pepperoni and sausage with extra sauce Got pepperoni NO sausage and practically NO sauce at all RIDICULOUS ,NEVER AGAIN I'D RATHER DRIVE TO SPRING CREEK THEY ACTUALLY UNDERSTAND THE PHRASE EXTRA SAUCE WHY IS THAT SO HARD FOR ELKO DOMINO'S TO UNDERSTAND? I HAVE ORDERED HUNDREDS OF PIZZAS IN MY LIFE THIS IS THE FIRST TIME ANYONE HAS EVER LEFT OFF A TOPPING!!!
