First going here. Must be a popular place, the line was long. But it went pretty fast. Kids was happy with there rainbow ? drinks. We all got something different.

My family and i love coming here. My drinks are always made right every time, and we love the pretzel with cheese. The staff are all friendly. Our favorite one those is a girl named CJ. She engages with customers, is very polite, and makes our day. Even my daughter, who is 8, loves when she is working. Hopefully you all will have the pleasure of meeting her.

Love my 44oz Monster Mashup. "White monster, shot of banana, pear, vanilla and pineapple." Topped with mountain dew. If i could name it, it be called Bananarama ?????

Normally I love fiiz and have a great experience. Today, however, it was terrible. I know businesses are short staffed right now but I don't feel that is an acceptable excuse. I placed my order online as I always do, when I arrived, I sent a message that I was there, again as I always do. I received a message back that they were delayed so it would be a few minutes before they could bring my order out. I knew they were busy. I could see the line of cars in the drive thru.They typically are busy Sat afternoon, which is why I order online. I waited almost 30 min. Then I went in to the store. The girl at the counter said they didn't have anyone to bring the orders out. I asked why they couldn't let me know. She said how would they do that. I asked for the manager, who gave me the short staffed explanation. She said there were only 4 people there. That orders would be sent out eventually. My thoughts are that if they can send me a message that they are behind, why can't they send a message that they can't bring my order out to me.
Friendly service, clean store, lots of variety of drinks. Some snacks as well.

We stopped in the new location for a quick drink. The lady at the counter was so nice! She gave us so many recommendations that were amazing! She was patient with us as we made our decisions. Definitely will be back.
