My last visit wasn't pleasant. Customer service was at a big LOW. I believe the person was of Mexican/American decent and not tall and wasn't personable at all. Sad but the food is as always yummy

I got my food very quickly at 2 PM on a Tuesday. The food was fresh. I got two orange chicken and one general tsoa chicken and the chow mein noodles. It was so much food for $12. The food was super yummy, super saucy and a slight bit of heat which some people may or may not like, but I thought it was delicious. If you like panda express this is way betterby far. Maybe I just came on a really good day, but I will be going back again.

The staff was professional. Not only that their food was hot. Unlike most of alco's restaurants, they give out cold food but they had hot food. They followed the cold chain process unlike other restaurants and alcohol that don't and thank you for doing that. I give you a 100% congratulations. There is no number that could ever express how happy I am that you have hot food at the proper temperature. Thank you and your staff is awesome

The food here is exceptionally fresh and priced at a great value. The staff is very friendly, and the inside is decorated nicely. I personally recommend trying their dumplings, but I also need to comment on how delicious their chow mein is as well.

The Home Cooking Style Bean Curd and the Vegetable Egg Foo Young, easily some of the best food I’ve EVER had! Wonderful balance of flavors, the gravy for the Egg Foo Young is perfect, and the large portion of vegetables in the Home Cook Bean Curd along with just the right amount of savory spicy sauce makes for a delectable culinary experience. I really can’t recommend Great Wall Express enough, generous portions, excellent fare, and reasonably priced- Five ***** Stars!

They have a beautiful picture of Mongolian Beef on their menu board made properly with green onions. What they tried to serve me had green peppers in it. No idea what it was, but it wasn't Mongolian Beef. Staff got an attitude when I pointed it out. Told me to look at the actual dishes, not the menu board. Why have a menu board if customers can't order from it? Ladies room was filthy and smelled like a sewer.

It's a pass from now on for me. Service was good. Food wasn't.

What do you expect? It's the ol' reliable Chinese takeout.
Like a solid burger joint, this a place that definitely calls to you when you don't feel like home cooking yet want to eat something that feels good.

Friendly service, great food, and still very affordable. Search results in Google need to show this place much higher up!

Parking: Huge shopping center parking lot.

Kid-friendliness: Staff was very nice to a family wanting to clean up after their kids made a mess. Insisting they leave it for the staff to mop up.
