This is not a normal BBQ joint, its a BBQ infusion. I ordered the pig lee sandwich and it did not disappoint. The patty was bigger than the bun. The sauce, pickles, and kimchi is a perfect combination!

Awesome to have a BBQ place in town. Loved the vibe inside and the food matched it. Loaded Mac & cheese delivered as did the pulled pork sandwich. My wife liked the potato salad and the fries were perfectly seasoned. Definitely will be back to try more meats and sides. I’ll be adding this to my Elko rotation. This place deserves to be downtown.

Bare bones restaurant with very flimsy plasticware that seemed on the verge of breaking when sawing thru the sope tortilla. The good news is the chipotle sopes with cole slaw and brisket were stellar and only $6 each! They said they were working on getting a license for beer and wine.

The owners Marc & Shasta are two of the best peopleI have ever encountered. Marc has had a vision from day 1 and it has been incredible to see it evolve into what it is now. I first went to the Iron Pig BBQ food truck serving up exceptional BBQ to the Elko community with pulled pork, pork & beef ribs, loaded Mac & cheese & other specialty items. The family took a leap and started a restaurant in Elko which is the only BBQ made in the area. The food is incredible with soul BBQ from the heart but even better is the type of people they are. They genuinely care about each meal that is prepared and give attention to detail to each person who walks through their door. It is refreshing to see a business with such customer service and customer appreciation that Marc, Shasta & the crew at Iron Pig brings to their business.I would recommend Iron Pig at the highest regard. If you are passing through Elko or a local in the Elko/ Spring Creek surrounding area give Iron Pig a call for a lunch, dinner or catering event. The care they take in their business is inspiring to see.

I went for lunch because it is close to where I work and I drive past it almost every day. I ordered the smokehouse burger and got a side of baked beans. The burger was fantastic! The textures and flavors were so perfect. The burger was way bigger than I expected. I was full the rest of the day. The staff were very friendly and attentive and they got my food ready quickly. Lower rating on the atmosphere only because the place is new and not very busy (I was the only one there for 10 of the 15 minutes I was there), but with the quality of the food I'm sure that will improve quickly. There's several things on the menu that I'm really excited to try now. I'll definitely be back soon!

Not a bad spot if you’re kraving BBQ. My understanding this place is pretty new. Opened up very recently. Food was good. The pickles were awesome but I do appreciate the atmosphere and the customer service. I definitely recommend giving it a try.
