We ordered our wedge fries and we have proof of our receipt and we tried showing them that we didn't get it and they wouldn't make us any wood fries and we'd ordered a big meal too and we tried explaining that we never got them and the manager was really disrespectful to us and saying that she put him out and she wouldn't give us and she called us liars which is disrespectful

Food was amazing I asked for a half cut tea half sweet half reg was told she couldn’t do that. I was like they did it for me last night. She then told me that she wasn’t there last night and wouldn’t do it for me it was sweet or regular I have always got half cut tea at this location. I pull around to pay for my food and I see the lady that helped me out the night before and I asked her if I could get a half cut just like last night and she said she couldn’t cause her boss said no. I asked if I could get her manager name and then when we got our food the manager came over and said in a rude way you wanted my name I said yes please and she told me I said ok. I have never been treated like this before. What happened to the customer is always right? This location has went down hill I eat at this location a lot after I get off work.

Worst ever. Charged me for curly fries, had me wait and then came out with cold regular fries and told me they were out of curly fries. Also said they were out of mozzarella sticks. The girl said her manager doesn’t know how to order. They also didn’t give me the taco sauce I asked for. The tacos were so terrible i couldn’t finish eating them.

Went through the drive through they messed up our order so went back and after sitting there for 10 minutes while they “got fresh meat” went inside and they hadn’t even started making it they were all just hanging out place is a joke and whoever management is either needs to get a hold of the situation or owner needs to replace them mind you not a single other person went through the drive through in the entire 20 minutes it took for my 1 burger

Had no ice. Spent $60 on orders that were messed up. Burgers were overcooked and chicken tasted burnt. Used to be really good food 5 yrs ago when I moved here but has really gone downhill.

I waited in line in drive through for 20 mins and there was only 2 cars in line and no one in the dining room. The service is very slow and the employees are rude.
