I waited in line in drive through for 20 mins and there was only 2 cars in line and no one in the dining room. The service is very slow and the employees are rude.

Just when I think late night service can’t get any worse…. It does… waited in drive through for the vehicle in front of me to order. Get to the speaker and told the car in front was the last order… Then had to wait 10min to clear the drive thru….

I ordered 3 separate items and it had been $20. The cashier was extremely loud for no reason, pretty obnoxious. And then when they gave me my order.The pita bread for the sandwich was stale And I ordered the chicken bowl.Hardly in vegetable Took like 15 minutes. It's fast food not dining in gourmet
If I could give it no stars, I would. Every time I have walked in to pick up an order , I didn’t get help from store employees and then it took 15 minutes to even get the food to me . I am severely unimpressed.

This was one of the worst experiences at a fast food restaurant I have ever had. As we waited for our order to be made every table in the dining area had crumbs and leftover food on them. Not one table to sit at was clean. We ordered (4) orders of the two tacos for a total of (8). Get home and there are only 7 tacos in the bag. All tacos tasted like they had been cooked in burnt oil and were horrible. Worst tacos from jack in the box I have ever had and I have eaten them a lot over the past 20+ years. Curly fries were cold and there were no lids for large drinks at the drink station. Totally unacceptable and I will not be giving them by business again anytime soon. You can do better Jack in the Box.
