They messed up my order I ordered a mealand they didn’t give me the meal. The pick up window didn’t say a word the entire time they forgot my dipping sauce they didn’t build my package right so I lost all my chicken strips was there I am not impressed in fact very disappointed I tried calling them and they would answer but not say a word called them multiple times. If this is how KFC is ran I want nothing to do with Dos amigos.

Everytime I come here the service is prompt and friendly, the food is hot and delicious and overall it's a great experience.
I came here bought some chicken and when I got home and looked at the chicken it appeared to be old chicken from the day before and reheated in the fryer I called corporate and their policy was a 50% refund for stuff that your not able to eat
So we got the chicken bowls and started specifically gravy on the side for all of them. It was on the receipt as well. Got home and nothing.
