I'd have to say this is my favorite Italian restaurant in the Elko/Spring Creek area. They have a nice selection of drinks, appetizers, main courses and desserts. The meals my wife and had were very enjoyable and portions were more than we normally eat as we had leftovers to take home. The foods were delicious. As the Terminator said, “I'll be back”.

Popular with local's, Luciano's is a nice restaurant with a large menu with choices to please most diner's. We shared the Mussel appetizer in a cheese sause to start, mussels fresh and tasty, bit overwhelmed by the cheese sauce. My wife had the Manicotti and I the Medallion's over Gnocchi for our main courses, manicotti nicely prepared, tasty red sauce, and the medallion's cooked medium rare as requested, very tender, gnocchi quite tender, better than most restaurant preparations which tend to be doughy. Portions are very large, with the appetizer, we were more than full completing our main course. No room for dessert. Our second time trying Luciano's, first time gave a lower rating not impressed with the food or the service. Glad we came back for another try. Food much better, service was great, will be stopping in again next time staying in Elko.

Great place to eat with good people!!

When I order a meal that costs $38 I expect to leave the place with a full belly. That is not the case with this place. You'll spend a $100 bill for two people and leave still hungry. Plus, the food isn't great either. You'll get better value from Gold Dust West.

Well, for starters, those were average, we ordered the shrimp basket and a special cheese curds with a parmesan dipping sauce, tasty but average. Then we ordered chicken Alfredo and spinach riccatta ravioli. Which was delivered to our table about 30 minutes after we ordered, then my friend who ordered the spinach riccata ravioli was given a lobster shrimp ravioli which was first of all not what she ordered, nor does she eat seafood, so her mouth got a big surprise when she took a bite. The server remarked that she made that mistake and took another 25 minutes to correct this error while others were having they're food delivered. This is not a fine dinning experience. The decor was out dated and the bowls in which the food was being served in was chipped. And even while the server admitted her mistake, it was the attitude and ignorance we received following this correction. Terrible, will not return, ever. My friend clearly did not want any type of ravioli and just wanted what I had ordered, and by the time it was sloppily delivered, with the server still having an attitude, which btw took an additional 25 minutes to receive the meal, by then I had already finished mine and she had gotten hers to go at this point. Also my friend had asked for bread, seeing as she had waited nearly an hour to receive food and it was met with more attitude. When we finally got our checks, and she asked me if I wanted to keep my receipt and I said no she then tossed it back on the table. Either way, I think that server needs to question if this job is the rt fit for her, based on my observations she either just started or really hates her job. This is bad for business. Both my friend and I tipped, but that was really hard to do under the circumstances. I do not recommend eating here at all, epecially if they are busy.

I love going to Luciano’s for their mushroom ravioli with side salad and their dessert options are yummy!💗 Their tiramisu is one of my favorites!

It was packed on a Tuesday night, but even so service was good! I ordered the Mushroom ravioli and the chocolate mousse for dessert. Both were delicious! Others got the peach cheesecake for dessert .Dinner comes with a Caesar salad and some bread. If I'm in Elko, I know where to go for good Italian food!

Wow! This is about some of the best Italian food I've had anywhere and can't believe it can be found in a town like Elko. Seriously, my wife and I typically have Basque or dine at some of the other popular establishments in town whenever we're passing through the area but on our most recent visit, we decided to change things up and boy am I ever glad we did. My wife had the Pappardelle Chicken With Garlic and me their Alfredo with Chicken and both were served in very large bowls and filled to the point where we couldn't finish our meals and believe me, we tried - they were that good. We also ordered up their cream brulee for desert and it was not only prepared well, it was super tasty too. And, if you're anything like us and enjoy dining at a bar, they have a very nice one and have a good selection of bourbons including one of our favorites, Frey Ranch. Of course, if you're a true Northern Nevada and enjoy a good picon punch, they can even make you one of them as well. Service here is very friendly and the overall feel of the place is warm and inviting. Parking can be found in a small parking lot adjacent to the building and more can be found along the street. Even though we came on a Monday evening, we found it to still be quite busy or at least, up until about 8pm. Just something to take into consideration. That said, I would highly recommend dining at this establishment.
