The service here has improved so much! I placed a to-go order and was checked on several times to make sure I had everything I needed. Everyone was friendly and attentive. You can really tell they care about their customers now.

My biggest problem with this place is the cost. You would think with how much it is that the food would be amazing. Just don't get your hopes up. And service has never been great none of my servers ever came back to fill our drinks.

When the waitress brought my dinner she asked. Do you want anything else. I replied, not yet. Then she did a spectacular job of ignoring me. Attending to the tables on both sides of me asking if everything was OK and do you want dessert. I did want dessert. I couldn't get her attention, not even to get a check.I stood at the counter trying to get the bill. She walked past me again. After waiting another few minutes, I dropped the money on the counter and said there you go before walking out. I customarily tip 33 to 35 percent. Too bad I won't be back.

Driving through to Reno from Salt Lake city this place was easy to find. Nothing much heathly to eat so I had salmon and what was titled 'English chips'. They were not but still tasted good so no complaints. Salmon was yummy too. I didnt eat the garlic bread but it smelled good. Nice server.
Would recommend especially if you like the all american menu. Lots of burgers to choose from.

The service was very good. The food came out very fast for saying how busy it was. I went there on a Saturday at dinner time. There was not a lot of parking at that time and day.

We went as a group of seven and had to wait a while before anyone greeted us and when they did it wasn’t very welcoming. We were so close to getting up and walking out.

My husband and I went to dinner at Mattie’s Tuesday 9/9/25.. Our food was delicious. But what made this trip a special one, was our server. We want to give her a big shout out for excellent service.
