I ordered the new steak and egg sandwich on a bagel (I've had this before) delish BTW . This morning I decided to order it as a meal with a drink and hash brown. I had a great morning so far and got a raise today because I work hard and give excellent customer service at my job, no matter what I'm going through or show if I'm irritated, NEVER. Anyway, the drink wasn't correct, and had realized the person taking the order got it wrong, I let her know it wasn't correct and I was met with an attitude and a GROWL. As she told me to pull up to the last window and had to wait as the person behind me had their order delivered to them first and was able to go. Finally the same woman gives me my correct drink as I can see she still had the same irritated attitude and hands me my drink without a word. I really don't know how this woman expects people to want to return and buy again. It's a small town and there's another McDonald's to go to, which considering I had waited so long my sandwich wasn't even hot and fresh anymore, it was DISAPPOINTING. The experience that woman gave me was stressful and considering I just came off a 10 hour shift to be treated that way was so unnecessary and awful. Whoever that lady was that served me at the drive through window around 658am this morning, needs some customer service training. It's a business and I'm one of many that helps pay her wage, without the customers there would be NO JOB. Something for her to consider before she has an attitude and growls at customers. If I ever go through that drive through again, I will be recording. My daughter was on the phone with me and heard it too! So shame!!!!

Worst customer service experience!! I ordered curbside. I was waiting what seemed like forever (about 10 mins) I went in to check on my order. I made eye contact with 2 different employees. Neither acknowledged me. Finally one employee (maybe a manager) says she'll be right with me. I wait a few more minutes before I decided to go back to my car. I see a employee and ask if that order was for me. He said yes. Then I told I was waiting inside but nobody would talk to me. He responded with "we're busy" and walked away. I told him he was rude and had no customer service. He kept saying "we're busy" "Go home". I said you have the worst customer service and you're a dick! I said that in frustration. A manager told me I was being rude. She absolutely does not know how to de-escalate a situation. I have been a manager in the fast food industry and this is definitely not the way you handle customers or allow your employees to treat your customers.

Overall it was great. It's honestly just another McDonald's restaurant. They only have kiosk to pay with card and they don't put what's out on the menu. When I ordered a mocha with an extra shot of expresso, the manager at the time approximately 0950 hours, wearing a blue jacket, and blue jeans with a black shirt. I honestly thought she came on her day off, informed me that she cannot do an extra shot. I asked why, she stated, not verbatim, that the machine is down. Then she gave me some attitude about refunding me for the shot since I just paid for it. Kinda rude and she tried to make it up by being cheerful at the end. Honestly if someone paid for something and can't receive what was order there should be a refund in place or compensation. Not a conversation on why I should get a refund.
Dietary restrictions: They have pull downs for the ingredients in the menu.
Wheelchair accessibility: Very wheelchair accessible, with 2 handicap parking.

Wanted breakfast before going to work I ordered 3 burritos and 9 hot sauce they said they’d have to charge me for the extra sauce and I said ok I get I want a lot of sauce. Got my food and had to hurry to work because they took 20 minutes to get me my food. They only gave me two burritos and my 9 sauce they We’re more worried About making sure I paid for the sauce, then giving me my actual food. Have tried calling for a refund for 20 minutes now and no answer horrible service horrible place to even think about going. Don’t go.

The staff are incompetent, very rude to everyone in the lobby and disrespectful to veterans. The machines are really slow and served expired ranch. One of my nuggets was just bread and no chicken. Worst McDonald's in elko, take the time to go to the other one down the street, night and day.
