They take too long to give customers their food, they screw up orders often, they give people dirty looks & often act rude in general. This place is trash just like the other McDonald's. I think they're owned by the same people. Just don't bother eating at a McDonald's in Elko.

Bought two grinch meals and they were missing the socks and the dill salt shaker. Had to wait on the side of drive thru for 15 minutes. Didn’t notice tell we got home. Very disappointing since I rarely eat out

Ordered breakfast for 2 with hot drinks. Came with 1 napkin. No napkins in seating area. Had to go ask the robot in the kitchen for napkins. He gave us ONE more. The new McDonalds sterile boring environment sucks. People used to go to McDonalds because it was fun. That is now long gone!
It was McDonald’s so about what you would expect… classic reliable food at a decent cost. The current vibes of the inside of McDonald’s is strange.
