Ordered a quarter pounder with cheese and no onions. Got home and realized they gave me a quarter pounder with nothing on it. No cheese no Condiments nothing. Fries were slightly warm and had no salt. I was only person in drive thru so i thought my order would come out right, Everytime I use the app I never get my order right

The little guy at the window is the most rude and disrespectful person I’ve ever seen work in a food establishment. Screaming and yelling at customers is ridiculous

Traveling through Elko and needed to stop for some food. When we pulled up into the drive through, we tried to order breakfast as the menu was still for the morning. When we tried to order, the employee told us they were no longer serving breakfast. We asked to see the lunch menu, the employee told us the lunch menu was up. We informed her it was still breakfast, and again she tried to argue the menu was lunch. After we told her again, we were met with silence and never said another thing. She was rude, unhelpful, and short with us. I’m usually patient with workers at fast food, however this experience was disappointing. Never coming back, the female employee can be rude to someone else.

Let me preface this by saying I have up to now always been impressed with the friendliness and speediness of this McDonald’s, but I just had the worst experience at a drive thru in my 56 years! I placed my order which went smoothly for the most part, and I’m asked to pull forward but the window for which to pull forward to was not very clear to me. Honestly, the speakers aren’t always the clearest and admittedly my hearing isn’t always the best, but I pull forward to pay. There is noone at the first window, so I pull up to the second which is often the window I’ve paid at in the past. The hispanic man who has often served me so well on other occasions, rudely grabs my card and mumbles “I said 1st window, this is not the first window”. I’m taken back by his smarmy remark and I let him know that I didn’t appreciate his rudeness and I explained to him, admittedly in a less than calm manner that no one was at the first window when I pulled through. This now turns into a screaming match which invoked the lady sweeping up behind this man. Now they are hollering at me that “I should have been patient and just waited for them at the first window!” I would have been happy to wait, if I had understood correctly. I wasn’t being impatient, I was just trying to get a burger. I have never experienced anything like that before. I’m a local business owner, and if I learned one of my employees treated a customer like that, they would no longer be my employee. No excuse for acting like that. I’m not calling for anyone to get fired and maybe this person was having a bad night or was fed up with deaf customers not following his orders, but that shouldn’t be taken out on people who are just trying to get a bite eat. I was so upset I couldn’t even eat the food. Won’t ever go back to that McDonald’s. I very rarely write negative reviews and I’m much more inclined to give kudos when I can but this was JUST SO BAD.

Horrible tottally horrible waste of money... the breakfast muffins were hard as rocks. We gave away some of food was Unedible.

The cashier was incredibly rude to my partner. She asked to upgrade the drink to a large, and the employee was extremely rude and then walked away. If you don't have customer service skills, maybe you shouldn't work in the service industry.
